The product I have ordered from Matteoda online did not match the description (different colour). After indicating the problem they have offered a full reimbursement including the shipping costs. They've also explained the background, namely they were not aware of the product change by the manufacturer since the product number was retained. Overall a positive experience with Matteoda.

Il prodotto che ho ordinato online da Matteoda non corrispondeva alla descrizione (colore diverso). Dopo aver segnalato il problema, mi hanno offerto un rimborso completo, comprese le spese di spedizione. Mi hanno anche spiegato il motivo, ovvero che non erano a conoscenza del cambiamento di prodotto da parte del produttore poiché il numero del prodotto era rimasto invariato. Nel complesso, un'esperienza positiva con Matteoda.

I was desperately searching for a very specific and niche item that I needed, but was really struggling to find any online retailer that had what I needed. I eventually managed to find the website Matteoda.it which had what I was looking for.

I placed my order and my item was sent from Italy to the UK by DHL and it arrived a couple of days later.
