Georgian French door glass
My Georgian French door glass was smashed and Martindales came to assess the damage. They did a great quote to fix the French door and gave me a repair date quickly which was very reassuring. Jamie contacted me early on the repair day, to tell me when he was coming over and swiftly replace the glass with exactly the same Georgen bars to existing windows. Clean work, no mess and provided beautiful French Georgian ✨️ glass for the door.
Jamie has a very good professional approach. He is personal, helpful and reliable and I appreciate the service very much.

Martindales Staff Impressed
Mat and Jim came initially to make secure after a burglary left our conservatory doors damaged beyond repair. They left with us feeling very secure. They returned to fit the replacement hardwood doors at a later date. Mat and Jim are both experienced professional craftsmen who are polite helpful and incredibly tidy. The finished doors look superb. Thank you for your expertise. I would welcome them back anytime.

Brilliant service provided.
Don and Curtis attended our home to replace a patio door. They were lovely, and very good at their job. Our little dog was fascinated to watch the process. He is very happy that his butlers can now open the door to let him out to patrol his garden again. Thank you. 👍🏻

An excellent company
The service received from Martindales has been excellent from initial attendance to temporarily secure a forced window to the final replacement of the whole window and frame. The fitters were Graham and Ian and they were polite, friendly and really professional. Thank you, the window looks great!

Replaced window with ease
Don and Curtis arrived promptly in the allocated time slot and were polite and friendly. The shattered window was removed and replaced with ease and they cleared everything up afterwards. All completed in under an hour. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Graham & Ian were very helpful spraying…
Graham & Ian were very helpful spraying all of my Ultion locks for me when they visited.
Unfortunately I definitely did not have such a good service from their head office as I had to keep chasing 3 or more times to change the lock in my sliding doors before the sales manager finally bothered to send me a quote.
And then when Graham & Ian were sent to visit me for this job, they were given incorrect instructions by their head office that they were only visiting to change the spindle in my kitchen door and so were not even supplied with the Ultion locking barrel for my sliding doors.
Fortunately they carried a spare Ultion barrel with them just in case and so were able to use this one. However, it is clear from the Ultion attachment on the key ring that this was a much older lock and had probably be sat in the back of their van for a very long time waiting for such an emergency...
