Delivery team polite and friendly service

Marks Electrical had the washing machine I wanted in stock at a great price, and delivery was very fast. The delivery drivers (Mark & Rich) were really warm and friendly and brought the washing machine into my house and into the room it was destined for very quickly. Nice job!

Mosh and Kenny were very helpful and delivered items without a problem.

Brilliant so simple, good price, delivery was magic and no complaints second time in used them and very pleased.

We ordered a washing machine from Marks Electrical, it arrived Wed 15 Aug, but the machine stopped working after the installers left. We called Marks E who sent out their engineer who confirmed the machine was faulty. We called Marks Customer Service and were told they were dealing with and we would get a replacement, we did not heard back from Marks (we have now been without a washing machine for nearly two weeks) so we chased them up today to be told they would make sure we got a replacement by tomorrow, we called again this afternoon to be told by Marks they cannot do anything without a serial number (this is the first time we have been asked for this, I said I was surprised they had not asked this when their engineer came out who surely would have recorded the number down) We gave them the serial number, we are still no further, no functioning washing machine.

They have brilliant range of appliances and we managed to find an unusual size fridge that fitted the space and had all the whistles and bells.digital display etc..
Communication was good although we did have to pay delivery cost of £20. The delivery people Matt and Ravi were v.helpful and the fridge is now working reached temperature in just 3hours

Just received an order via Amazon, and supplied and delivered by Marks Electrical. Superb service, they kept me well informed prior to the delivery, and were within a couple of mins of the estimated arrival time.
They unloaded the appliance, just where I wanted it, without any fuss or drama, and even took away my old appliance.
The two guys on the lorry were polite and extremely helpful, going way beyond my expectations.
Thank you very much for a really trouble free experience.

We ordered and paid for a fridge freezer. The day before delivery we received a call saying the item was now out of stock. After that we received a text giving the delivery slot. On the delivery day I received a further text and a phone call saying they'd be with us soon, despite not having the item on the lorry. In the evening I received a further text saying we'd missed our delivery and to call to rearrange.
Very poor service and I still don't understand how I could pay for an item that was showing as in stock but they'd gone out of stock before delivery. When I spoke to their sales rep he was very off hand.
