Overall they are fine, but it’s often hard to find the right person to speak to in order to get the information you need. Their portal system is clunky and not useful, and everything feels very old fashioned. Asking questions gets fobbed off to you getting a new quote. The job got done but it hasn’t been easy and has required a lot of effort and managing on my end.

We had Chris from MAP carry out a Level 3 building survey on a property we are purchasing and we couldn't be more grateful for the service he provided. Chris went above and beyond any other surveyor I have ever experienced — he didn't miss a single area of the property, and the survey was thorough in a way I have never encountered before.
What really stood out was the time Chris gave us afterwards — he spent over an hour patiently going through the survey with us, explaining every finding and answering all our questions until we felt completely confident we understood the report. That level of care and generosity with his time made a real difference, and we're so thankful for it.

When my survey was carried out, Dan was very thorough and efficient with everything keeping me well informed during the whole process. The final report was clear and easy to understand. However, their booking process was not great. My survey was originally scheduled for a date when they were unavailable which meant I ended up incurring a 2.5 week delay at very short notice.

We had a great experience with this surveyor, was firstly contacted by Dean the day before the survey to ask us if we had any areas of concern in which we like him to look at while he was there, we received an email to tell us he had been to the property and then then next day we received the report. Very impressed with speed of the whole process.

He was friendly, professional, and took the time to clearly explain what the survey would cover and what we could expect from the process. I'm in the middle of a slightly unusual property transaction and wasn't sure how much to offer the vendor. I requested a level 2 survey and valuation which was booked in swiftly with Surveyor Matthew M. He contacted me before the survey to discuss the property and then completed swiftly, with the report coming through the next day. The whole process has been excellent, with both Matthew and Amie who set up the survey being a pleasure to deal with. Cant recommend highly enough

From the first enquiry MAP sent me all the information and the process was simple and easy. Before the survey I was informed of the process and the surveyor contacted me the day prior. On completion I was called by the surveyor and he discussed his findings and told me I would have the full report in 2 days. The report was in-depth and easy to follow and worth have completed.

The friendly surveyor called on the day. The flat being surveyed is a modern one, hence I am quite impressed the surveyor managed to point out a critical issue in worth fixing.
