Ordered Victorian towel radiator on…

Ordered Victorian towel radiator on 13th of July it is now the 24 th and no sign of the product, several emails saying it would be arriving on certain dates but no sign of the radiator. Stayed in these dates waiting in vain , really disappointed with Mano Mano promising things they know they can’t keep . I’ve had to cancel the plumber I booked to fit it , they should have not accepted my order if they knew it was out of stock , so let down .

Avoid!!!

Avoid!!!! Purchased a retractable awning from Manomano. Told to communicate directly with Vida, rather than them sorting it for me!! First one went missing in transit. Second one arrived damaged!! Were going to send replacement parts. Never arrived! 2 months later and over 15 emails sent, Each email went to a different person who couldn’t see the chain of events. It just went around and around. I gave up and took 15% refund!! Spare parts never turned up. Disaster!!

Do not order from this company

I’ve had constant problems with manomano and the sellers Deubo with a broken table.
36 e mails, 36 promises and about the same phone calls.
They promise to help, they promise to get a manager to intervene, but still I’m left with a broken table that I’ve waited in for 3 days for them to collect.
I spoke to a call handler 30 mins ago and she hasn’t done what she said she’d do.
You are all very polite on the phone, but you DO NOT do what you say your going to do and I’m not allowed to talk to a manager .
This has been going on since the beginning of may!
I’m not allowed a new table untill the old one has gone back to Germany !!!
It’s an absolute joke!!!!
I’ve now asked for a full refund .
