Unreliable customer service

Unreliable customer service, after tenth of messages, i couldn't get trough, i still believe they passed an order when i didn't click on the purchase window, they don't have a unified customer service, probably you need to report every time your complaint to a different person, website it's not working well.

I bought a petrol pressure washer last…

I bought a petrol pressure washer last year and after using it for the first time the hose connector came apart ,I contacted them and they sent a new one.2weeks ago I took out the pressure washer after being in storage for the winter, to start doing the spring cleaning and the same thing happened again,so when I contacted them they said there was only a 6month guarantee , so I said with or without a guarantee I need s new hose as and how much will it cost me ,they asked for a foto of the part I needed ,I did that but did not hear from them until today and they said they don't stock those parts anymore and could not help me .so now I am stuck with a machine that is no good to me
