Failed delivery and zero response
I have used this company before, but this time they have failed me completely. I ordered some items and the money was taken immediately together with an invoice and confirmation of order, but nothing arrived. Several attempts to contact them by phone, email and their website yielded zero response. After several weeks with no response, I turned to PayPal who returned my money promptly. Apparently PayPal also tried to contact them without success.
Treat them with caution.

Appalling service
Appalling service. Ordered a pair of shower hinges from Manhattan Spares 25th February for £30, which seemed very expensive. Got an immediate order receipt, since then nothing despite emails from me. Am now threatening them with legal action.

Manhattan Spares are terrible
Manhattan Spares are terrible. Ordered a spare part at the beginning of January. Still not received. They do not reply to emails, only some texts. Was promised over a week ago that they would resend it recorded, still not received and despite asking for a tracking number I have not been provided with one. I don't think they are legitimate and will be reporting to trading standards and seeking my money back via PayPal

Brilliant service!
Had a problem with the door seals on my 4 1/2 old shower enclosure.
Checked the purchase invoice and noted the shower came with a lifetime guarantee. Phoned them up and they sent new parts for just a nominal postage charge.
