I never got one of the 3 items I ordered and paid for. It could not be sent on to me, after I flagged the error and my Apple account was refunded. Apparently I have free delivery for a month, I will see if I can use that.

Excellent customer service
I had an issue with unclear sizing on an order and needed to return two items. MandM customer service were very helpful, understanding, and quick to respond.
Oliver resolved my query very fairly, refunded the return-label cost as a goodwill gesture, and extended my Unlimited membership by an extra month. Annabelle also followed up clearly and helpfully.
Very impressed with the service — professional, kind, and efficient. I would happily recommend MandM.
