I am sorry that you are unhappy with your recent return. Our return and delivery information is available to view online, and we would always advise customers to familiarise themselves with this prior to placing an order.
We do advise there is a charge for using our label, and this is stated on our website, and when you generate the label. The returns fee applies to all customers and is charged at a competitive rate which allows us to provide a fully tracked and insured service.
