I am absolutely enamored with Magpie products. Their dedication to training and innovation is truly unparalleled.

I want to try the products I placed an order however there was no next day shipping option. I've inquired about expedited shipping and no one has responded. I will be requesting a refund if I do not get a response with im a timely fashion and I will not continue my orders....
Update they have shipped my order im very excited to try the products ive heard nothing but good things so hopefully the shipping process was just a hiccup

Absolutely love this company, will not use anything else for nail products. Not only is there so much colour and nail art choices the customer service is perfect. Educators are always on hand to help no matter what time or day. Customer services via email always reply quickly. Thank you magpie ❤️

I have been using magpie since the beginning and being an educator in the industry I’ve also tried various different brands, but nothing ever compares to the longevity and shine magpie beauty offers.
They have just released their brand-new builder gel BUILD IT and it covers every single thing that anyone could ever look for in a builder gel. Super strong, lightweight, self levelling and the colours are beyond unreal.

The customer service is also next level and I could never ever fault them! The loveliest team 🖤🫶🏻

This is my second Magpie order. And it was a flawless experience. I don't live in the UK so when I hear a friend comes over I make a last minute 1 day delivery and contact customer support to expedite. They have been wonderful and prompt and paid extra for next day delivery and got it in less than 24 hours.

Have used Magpie products since the beginning. I absolutely love the products from gels, powders, chromes, tools, electrical etc! They are all amazing and have never had any issues! I have done a few courses now and they are amazing also! Definitely recommend the efile course and the conversion gel course!

I am training to be a nail technician and this company is absolutely amazing, they have courses to suit everyone. There products are in the middle level for pricing and excellent quality. The gel polish has excellent coverage and lasts for weeks, unlike other companies I’ve tried. They have so many products to choose from and from ordering to despatch is sooo fast. I highly recommend giving them a try 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

Very unprofessional and unhelpful customer service. I've been using Magpie products for a while now, only this time I have a problem with one of the gel which after couple thin layers and top coat applied, the colour seems didn’t dry properly, messaged them with several pictures and videos to solve the problem, customer service team refuse to help, stating it isn't their problem, to be told I need to buy their lamp, base, colour, top coat to finish the job... what?! That’s a joke! I have no problem with my lamp to using my magpie gels range since I started using their brand, why do I still need their whole range to finish my work🤷🏻‍♀️

I have ordered a few tomes from ag pie with no trouble at all but this time I ordered their white and gold dust collector costing me £200 as I wanted it to match my salon decor . When it arrived it’s not white and gold at all it’s very much white and bronze/rose gold which doesn’t match the photos on the website at all! I messaged and asked for a refund and I had to send the item back and pay for postage MYSELF. Normally this wouldn’t bother me but the fact the pictures did not match the product at all didn’t sit right with me and this cost me £13 to return! Why should I have to cover that when I’ve been miss sold something! For this I won’t be ordered again unfortunately

Waiting ages for the products. I contacted them to see how long it’s going to be and got told they’re busy and can’t give me a date for delivery. I’ve got my first clients on Thursday so will have to look elsewhere and pay huge shipping costs. Appalling!

After posting this review I received a call from Sarah (owner of Magpie). She apologised and assured me my products would arrive the next day. They did.

I wish I could give zero stars. This is the worst nail company I have ever experienced. I’ve had issues with my lamp ever since I bought it. I’ve reached out thru emails and facebook messenger asking them for help to fix it and I’m completely ignored except one time on messenger they responded weeks later. A complete was of $250 dollars! I’m hoping ppl will read this and will not tempted to order from this company. The customer service is completely unprofessional and their products aren’t even worth the hype!

Update: Magpie UK responded but I have no way to reply back to you. If you leave a email address I will try to reach you again as I’ve been contacting the US side to no avail

Very unhelpful customer service team. False advertising for delivery times and extortionate prices for next day delivery which takes ages to arrive. Customer service team refuse to help, stating it isn't their problem even though they took the money for the delivery.

Very poor customer service. I ordered next day delivery and paid over £5 for this, it took 4 working days to arrive and the customer service refused to do anything about it. Their website states it's next day but it's not, and there's no other delivery options. Supporting small is great but bigger companies have better customer service and would have raised this with the delivery company and refunded the delivery charge considering they haven't provided the service they've charged for.
If DPD are still charging you delivery fees when they cannot deliver, you need to raise this with them, not your customers.

Magpie isn't just an amazing brand, it has such a lovely community as well. I have been using Magpie for over 3 years now, and not only has my knowledge expanded with their amazing education but my quality of work has only improved.
Magpie is one brand that I know care about their customers and the heath of nails.

This comes across in their Products, Education, Customer Service and online social media support too. My obsession started with their glitters way back in 2015 & it’s grown from there. They have an amazing product range that is off the highest quality and you can completely trust too. Delivery is always super quick, packaged beautifully & little treats inside too. Re-branding to be a Magpie only home salon during lockdown was the best decision I made. My clients say they have never seen anything like Magpie before, they love the range and how long their nails last too. Magpie are always on trend, releasing new products all the time. I must say the education is outstanding. So informative, professional & the support continues after a course too. I would absolutely 100% recommend Magpie to anyone. I have been using magpie since 2020, I started with their glitters and then went on to their gels after a bad experience with another brand. And I haven’t looked back. Their education system is second to none and I have learnt so much within the last few years! And I highly recommend this if you’re going to be using magpie. I would also have a go at their nail art courses. There’s a few to choose from and many educators bringing out new courses all the time, which are super insightful.

The products are long lasting, brilliant on the nails and so so easy and pigmented to apply. As well as their bottle brushes being easy to hold, as a disabled nail technician I find it hard to hold certain things for a long time. Previous branded bottles have been awful for me but magpie haven’t and I can use them with ease without having issues. Amazing amazing brand!

Their customer service is quick and professional. And I’ve never had any issues and they’ve helped me whenever I’ve needed it. Their delivery is quick, professional and prompt. You even get sweets in your delivery!

The group is warm and welcoming and people are always on hand to help you with any issues you may have, troubleshoot any questions. People are always happy to help a tech or client in need. It’s a very wonderful nail family to be apart of. And I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
