How not to onboard clients
Referred 2 new clients to them, and they billed the second referral for the first after 1) forwarding confidential information for the company to the wrong address 2) being notified it was the wrong address. When this was pointed out they suggested the 2nd client chase the first for the money they'd paid. Involved the GDPR person, they didn't read the emails and assured me I had been given the correct information and I had accepted it. Clowns.
