Excellent service from the team in Magnet Trade. I was let down by a joiner. Michael helped me pick the cupboards I needed. The delivery was professional and on time.

Stopped by the Norwich branch of magnets on a trade counter today, looking for a bathroom lock after going to multiple d i y stores with no luck. After speaking to luke he hade exactly what I needed. Very helpful guys highly recommend will be my first port of call from now on with thanks mr oakley

Attention, magnet trade romford is cheating, they gave me a discount and then sent the full amount to the head office and wanted money from me, they kept sending me letters from a lawyer for 4 months, I really don't recommend them and they didn't even apologize, please be careful.

From the beginning Adam from newport branch was amazing he stayed on late just to finish our design which we were grateful for we could tell how much he loved his job it was how ever when we decided magnet would fit our kitchen that things started to go wrong we paid over £4000 for fitting but then a week before our kitchen was due to be fitted we were told we would have to pay another £400-£600 extra for up grading our electrics which we weren't told about when we signed the contract which was different from when we bought our first kitchen off magnet 27 years ago when we paid one fee which covered everything from plumbing,fitting and electrics i now wish I'd gone with a local builder who would have been cheaper

I would like to give a special mention to all staff at Magnet Trade Barnsley branch. I visited this branch recently and received some excellent and very knowledgable service. Although all members of staff were great I would like to mention Jamie who was exceptional.

I found Paul McLean to be very helpful when I have dealt with him. I have purchased many items from Paul McLean from Magnet Corstophine Branch, Edinburgh. Recently, I purchased flooring. Paul spent a considerable amount of time looking a different options and prices that suited my budget as well as my needs. Paul is friendly and professional, willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I would highly recommend anyone to ask for Paul.

Needed some help with some LPD doors and fixings from the Nottingham branch. Alison was absolutely brilliant in sorting everything for me. Friendly and knowledgeable she and her colleague Reece were a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended.

The Yeovil manager Anne Marie was excellent, helped with the design and choice and a competitive price.
Any one who has purchased and had a large kitchen fitted, knows that there are always some issues and Anne Marie was professional and efficient in resolving these for us. This is our 2nd magnet kitchen and we will buy again in the future

Two kitchens supplied in 2025, both correct, undamaged on delivery, and the cheapest in the area and always willing to go the extra mile to help

Excellent knowledge and advice from Maisy Doughty at Magnet Bridgwater. Maisy helped me through ever step of the design process for my new Kitchen . She couldn’t have done more for me and always with a smile.

The help and service of the staff on the trade counter at the Derby branch. I was served by Dave who was very helpfull with chosing the correct product and colour for my client who gave me a brife description. of what she wanted. Also Dave worked realy hard in securing a gppd price.

I recently joined Magnet Trade (Beckenham branch) about 5-6 weeks ago and since have never been able to log into my account. I still receive promotional emails, so I know the correct emaill address is linked to my account.

I called in and a support ticket a was supposedly created to resolve this issue. I was told it could take up to a week, but several weeks have passed and I'm no step closer to being able to access my account.

The last time I called in, I was put through to the appropriate department and the person I spoke to said he was dealing with the issue and that he'd give me a call back that day. I didn't receive a call back.

I've given up and based on my experience with the Beckenham branch, I can't recommend Magnet Trade. If you have any technical issues with your account when you join, they'll likely not be resolved in a timely manner.

We had a very simple request, to get a new integrated fridge freezer and for Magnet to come and fit it! Hitchin Branch would do nothing to help us, but Magnet Trade Centre at Stevenage, especially Jean Jones, went out of her way to find us the right freezer and someone to come and fit it. She kept us updated on the progress of the fridge and when it could be fitted. We could not recommend her more highly.

Simon Clarke always knowledgeable and helpful on the trade counter. Goes above and beyond to help. Nothings ever too much . Asset to the company!

Visited the Melton Mowbray store recently to look into our kitchen refurb as an IT guy I was dreading the mammoth task ahead, as I stood there loosing my mind a great young lad call Will approached to offer some help. After a chat he pointed me down the right road with some very helpful advice and guidance. This weekend I shall be attempting to to fit said kitchen. Thankfully he gave me his business card and said if I need any advice don't hesitate to give him a call. Will Newton, you are a superstar, thank you for all the help.
