Magic Movers did everything amazingly.
They have amazing and enthusiastic support over the phone, answering any questions you may have as well as being super responsive and quick! The movers are super experienced, relaxed and helpful. There were many hiccups in our move, which stressed me out, but then instantly the movers took care of it and made sure to tell me a joke so I didn't stay too stressed! Overall an amazing experience

Where should I start..

First of all they have left me with a window that is not working. For using the lift they disassembled the window and they assembled it afterwards. After the move i realized that the window is not properly installed. Now the window is opening only 5-10 centimeters, normally it should be at least 50 centimeters. When I contacted them they, said that they left it properly and they are not responsible for it. Apparently it is not working at the moment, and they are not taking responsibility. Even, they offered me a paid service to fix the window..

Other that that due improper covering of my coach units all of them have stains on it due to rain and pulling on dirty surfaces.

Also they dropped the bed frame during assembly which damaged the floor and the bed frame..

I don't think it is wise to work with these guys. Find an other moving company.

the guys were very efficient, quick and covered our furnitures with blankets to protect them during the transport. Good job!

I got a call from Magic Movers to talk about the details after I signed up for a quote. It was a pleasant conversation, even though I was very stressed. They speak English fluently, so it was easy to plan everything.

I got a quote which is almost half the price of other companies, that was surprising. I thought maybe only one person will help us and we will have to move the boxes with them so that's why it was so affordable.

On the moving day, I got a call from the movers saying that they're on their way. There were 3 people. They finished loading the truck in half an hour. We drove separately to the new house because there were no space for us on the truck. So if you need to drive with the truck you might need to specify it beforehand.

After they unloaded the the boxes, I got an email from the office with a payment link. Paid online before the movers left, and all was done in 90 minutes.

It was a very nice experience. I would recommend them to everyone.

Both the phone and the in-person service were really kind and considered. They are great problem solvers with a great attitude, with rates much lower than other moving company.

Very easy service to use. All employees are very nice. The movers I got where absolutely fab! They made the service worth it. One thing I did not like was the planning and admin side. The timeframe given is not very effeciently thought through. I also feel the tasks are not planned in correctly taking in to account how long a move actually takes. My moving team was 1,5hrs late and they still worked their ass off. They are the real rockstars and deserve all the credit.

I received my purchase, from Poland to Italy, right on time and in excellent condition. The attendant spoke several languages and placed my desk in the apartment. I am very satisfied with this service and I definitely recommend it.

Shifting air cargo for our move to the Netherlands was definitely made easier with MagicMovers. Especially given that it was on short notice and on a Sunday. Raymond was there on time and remained patient during delays in paperwork. We got our shipment of 12 boxes out and delivered fast and safely.

Fastest and easiest move I ever had. Once they arrived the guys were very friendly. Moved everything from an apartment to my new house in under 3 hours. The price was very reasonable i would recommend this company to everyone.

I booked for 12 m3 but ended up moving close to 16m3. They did not charge anything extra.The vehicle they bring for the move is really HUGE! So you can easily fit in any extra things you may have beyond the capacity you booked for.

In my case, they arrived 1.5 hours after the agreed upon time. But it is because their previous bookings took more time to execute than expected. I would suggest that you book them early in the morning to avoid these delays. They did give me a 10% discount for the delay.

Book 3-4 weeks before the moving date to be sure that you get a good time slot.

They ask for payment AFTER the move is complete. So you have assurance of service.

The lads who moved our stuff were quick and always with a smile.
