I bought 2 Mac in a Sac and both were as described and the correct size. I had an XXL because my size hovers between XL and XXL and it was the right choice. Ocean is a great colour and my wife really likes the watermelon. After trying them on we were pleasantly surprised that they quite easily went back in the Sac. We haven’t worn them in anger yet but I’m sure they will be fine; the quality seems very good. So far very happy.

Our Mac in a Sac’s arrived yesterday. Super impressed with the quality and style. The fit is good, room for my down jacket underneath.

The weather forecast was rain, it didn’t happen we must have been the only people disappointed.

This jacket is close to being the best lightweight waterproof breathable jacket I’ve ever had. It breathes really really well keeps the rain out really well and packs up small so you can pop it in your bag. It also has a really good job of keeping a cold wind out. For me the sizing is perfect I can wear a jacket underneath and the colour palette is really good.

The main problem though are the zips especially on the pockets they regularly gets caught in the fabric and sometimes you can’t open or close the zip. This seems to be inherent with the design and construction – it happened with my previousMac in a Sac - the zip finally gave away on one of the pockets and would no longer work. The main zip on my new one tends to get stuck as well, so I’ve had to pull it over my head and undo the zip with the coat off. Hopefully this is just a teething problem as the zip gets more used - or maybe I’ll wear it forever!!
If the zip problem could be solved this would be excellent.

Excellent piece of kit. Necessary in my neck of the woods. Compact and easy to break out or stow away quickly and sack separates wet from dry.

Excellent product fit for purpose light to wear and colourful on the eye.

Great waterproof trousers well made for the price and great full zips

It looks and feels great. And it's a bit on the small side. I ordered a bigger size than I thought I needed and its a bit tight.

Love the colour but very large for an eight, luckily I can sew and took all the seams in. I have the gilet in the same soft teal and that’s smaller. I am a 32 inch bust. Perhaps you could do an extra small as you do with the pack away waterproof that I have in xxs. Still a bit too big but I can wear a gilet underneath.

Fantastic. It keeps my backpack dry too.
