AVOID if you value after sales warranty…

AVOID if you value after sales warranty and support.
Whilst the macerator was delivered as scheduled, it broke down within the warranty period (which i had paid extra for).
I returned the faulty product to the address provided by customer support in August 2025. Since then, despite numerous telephone calls and emails, the company has completely ignored my contact and has not replaced or repaired the macerator. It appears both the address on the website and the address i was told to send the nroken macerator to, are residential, not commercial premises.
