Items missing and no refunds

Absolutely horrendous company

Sleaford branch. I ordered a breakfast meal plus I wanted just 2 piece of sausage pate for my grandson who does not eat bread, with a strawberry milkshake, they charged me 7 pounds plus for this meal, I was not over happy about this as they normally just charge for 2 pcs of sausage, anyway after waiting a long time my order came, I returned to my car, to have my breakfast only to find it was nearly cold, I couldn't bring myself to go back and complain, I throw it in the bin, we all know what happens when you complain. SIGNED unhappy customer.

How worse could this place become????

I have vowed never to return to this place my daughter wanted something, ignoring my protests,

This place regularly runs out of milk ( allegedly ) . So no surprise today when again no milk. Shakes, Mac flurry and believe it or not no cappuccino !!!!!

So after the usual, we queue up and wait, 11mins to be precise for them to serve two , Yes Two drive through customers,

We arrive at collection point to be told to park up. AGAIN!!!!

Another five minutes

This just for a Big Mac and coke , this MacDonald’s in my opinion the worst branch in the UK, and prove it consistently.

Once again a massive thumbs down for Macdonalds Trafford Retail Park branch.

1 is generous for for Raunds site at Wellingborough road , awful service , complaints made every time entered shop , really needs management to get inside a look at what is going on or close it . Manager refused to come to counter to speak with me when I am owed a refund . How is this service !!

I was being pestered buy this man named jude who was a worker and he was begging me to give him a good review not a good place to go

The meals and service was ok. The kids were having so much fun that we had more orders and spent rather a lot. I assumed 2hrs parking as other adjoined places did and I didn't see any other signs, I assume they are there, but it was dusk, cold and I think raining.
However the allowed time should be clearly displayed IN STORE. I will pay £50 but as I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE MacD I will soon save the fine and more! (and be a little healthier}

Stopped selling fish fingers, when my children can't have the nuggets,they had the fish fingers or fish bites as a treat,now all they can have is the chips.this was the vegetarian option for kids,my daughter fuming its a fish burger now lol

The same person on the speaker tells you to wait 2 seconds every 3 minutes… then gets your order wrong. Comical, but frustrating

i bought two double cheese burgers and a mcchicken, and recieved a bag with my sauces the napkins and the mcchicken. Now im not mad at missing food, im just lowkey confused on why it wasnt in the same bag?? Like i work food service and i get waiting for it all to be done, but different bags at different times is lowkey kinda nuts lol

The new big Tasty , well the only thing Big about it is the f... cost of it , it now comes in a small bun and one spoon of lettuce , this was the only thing worth having and now its ruined , screw u macdonalds im off to burger king at £10.23 for a BT your just not worth it !!!

You guys should bring back the southwest salads because that was the only good thing on the menu. Your burgers are nasty skinny barely any meat It's more bread than anything. If I wanted a burger that barely tasted like meat I would just grab 2 buns and make them at home.The chicken nuggets are flavorless. No wonder you guys lose customers you guys lose them because you guys take all the seasonal items that are actually good like the popcorn chicken, the spicy chicken nuggets which actually had flavor....

They were out of milk! And I was in desperate need of coffee. I am so disappointed. But it was probably a Christmas rush… Im still upset

We entered the McDonalds in Noble, OK, and it was not busy inside. The order was completed at the counter at Noon. 25 minutes later, we were still waiting. I went to the counter to get a refund and the counter person said I would have to wait for a manager. About 5 minutes later a manager came and asked what he could do for me and I explained how long I had been waiting and just wanted my money refunded. He said to hold on and left. About a minute later he returned with my order. I said I just wanted my money back and he replied, “there’s your meal” and left again. We went to a table and tried to eat the cold, greasy burger and cold fries. I did not want to get into it with the manager, so we just trashed our meal into the waist bin and left. The meal was just not worth eating or standing by to insist on a refund. I complained to the corporate phone number, and they said I must contact the restaurant manager directly. I explained this already to the person and they said this was the only option. I won’t be back.

McDonald’s Peniston Road Sheffield I have just experienced the worst coffee in my life. The service was very good but the coffee was like baby milk. I ordered just a white coffee. Had to pour it away. Was very disappointed being going there for a few years.
It is the 22nd of December stay clear of this McDonald’s if you want coffee

I Disturbed me the most is the amount of racism that your employees have at the McDonald's in Cincinnati the east side of Cincinnati on beechmont Avenue towards Anderson township it is sick it is disgusting this poor little African-American lady stood there with her walker for I know over 30 minutes waiting to order they kept telling her the kiosk machine is behind you go order there while taking all the orders from all the white folks remind you I'm white or Caucasian also so I so gently went up to the lady and I said ma'am what are you trying to order she said honey I don't have much but all I need is a cheeseburger that'll get me by I can make that last all day so I took it upon myself to order her two cheeseburgers the lady behind the register said if I'm ordering for the lady in the rags don't bother I was appalled I took the lady out to my car took her to Applebee's where we had our lunch I will never and everybody I know will never enter another McDonald's a day of my life they need shut down they need an overhaul from the very top and that store to the very bottom.

Got my order wrong,then trying to deal with customer service was just a joke,cut of 3 times,and didn’t respond twice.

They completely changed everything from a few months ago, staff is super polite and very nice. Get things done. Don't argue. Food has been great. They do get overwhelmed with little staff but they get it done, Even if it might take a Little while. That's not anyone's fault. Haven't had any issues!

Black ruksak stolen upstairs. Between 1700-1715 - Guy with 4 grandkids.

Eye witness says it was Lady Cleaning tables that stole it, she says no, staff refuse to review CCTV , police not interested

Seems McDonalds are aware, but do nothing
