I chose John Macadams as my nominated accident repairer through my motor vehicle insurance claim for a non fault road traffic accident, on the basis of the fact that they are a well established, long standing and family owned.

After bringing my vehicle to the for initial damage examination, I was impressed by their no nonsense approach to all the damages to my front bumper system.

I felt reassured by the fact that everything I'd pointed out damage wise would be replaced.

Basically an entire new bumper system was fitted plus all new lights and matching paint job... all the bells, gubbins and whistles.
They even replaced the steel engine protector bar that sits behind the bumper's lower grill that I didn't know about.

They fixed it all up within 5 days.

Upon receiving my vehicle back they pointed out all parts replaced.

They even valeted my vehicle which was an unexpected but most welcome surprize.

I'm very impressed by my John Macadams experience.

They conducted themselves in a professional manner throughout, diligent, courteous and kind...

But most of all they were 100% on my side.

I can whole heartedly recommend them.

I can't thank them enough for everything they've done for me and my motor.

I'm super satisfied by their performance and wouldn't hesitate to request their services in the future should I find myself in a similar conundrum.

The 12V battery in my car died. The first chap (I didn't get his name) that came out diagnosed that the battery wasn't charging, so Elliot from the Colne depot came out, loaded my car and got me home. Excellent service.

After an initial call out that left a lot to be desired and which I will be complaining about, Stewart from Keithley Depot came to save me! Getting me towed home safe out of the cold, stopping when I needed a drink, and generally being good company as well as seeing me right about what to do next with my car, giving helpful advice and some technical knowhow.

The company representative (Sean / Shaun) was sent via Green Flag and arrived well within the time indicated. He was efficient, knowledgable and friendly, fixing the problem in double quick time on a freezing evening. Can't have asked for more.

Macadams were instructed by AA to attend my vehicle break down on hard shoulder of M55 motorway, westbound between Junction 3 & 4 but never arrived, stating 'I wasn't there' and was left abandoned until I called AA again and they sent one of their own breakdown vans, 2.5 hours later.
