Excellent service. Lovely people to talk to. No fuss. Very competitive prices.
I recently contacted a motor trade insurance broker for a quote, and I was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received. Adam Palmer was incredibly informative throughout the entire call, taking the time to explain every detail clearly and making sure I understood all my options. His knowledge of the motor trade industry was evident, and he answered all my questions with confidence and patience.
What stood out most was how approachable and transparent Adam was—no pressure, just honest guidance to help me find the right cover. It’s rare to receive this level of professionalism and clarity when discussing insurance, but he delivered it effortlessly.
I left the call feeling confident, well-informed, and fully supported. I highly recommend Adam Palmer to anyone in the motor trade looking for reliable, expert insurance advice.

Very Poor Service – Policy Mis-Sold
Below is a made up fake reply from Nash Warren to justify there actions - I’ve also now initiated legal proceedings them
I purchased a motor insurance policy through Nash Warren on 19 January 2026, which was sold to me by a representative named Jason.
Unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. The policy appears to have been mis-sold, and a driver was later removed from the policy which caused serious disruption to my business. As a result, my vehicle could not be used and my business suffered a standstill with losses estimated between £3,000–£4,000.
When I attempted to resolve the situation, I experienced very poor customer service. Numerous calls went unanswered and I struggled to get any meaningful assistance.
I also attempted to add another driver, but was asked to pay a large upfront payment which seemed completely disproportionate. When I tried to cancel the policy due to these issues, I was informed that cancellation fees would apply, despite the problems arising through no fault of my own.
This situation has caused unnecessary financial loss and stress. I have now been forced to pursue the matter formally and issue legal proceedings to recover my losses.
Based on my experience, I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company.

I could not recommend them more.
