Dishonest, ignorant, Just a few words to describe this company.

Sick of waiting, no communication from Lyon Lighting and unable to contact them via email or phone.
Time for the credit card company to step in and hopefully get me a refund, after all "I work for my money" unlike the clown's that run this company.
If your reading this post you're probably in the same situation so good luck with your refund, or if your reading reviews before you purchase anything congratulations you will have saved yourself from been scammed by these clown's.

rubbish

ABSOLUTELY USELESS company took my money on 10 September stating 2-8 days delivery still got nothing DO NOT USE THEM complete shambles to deal with.

Shame I can't give a ZERO

Lots of phone numbers but either a minion on the line or a messaging service. Purchase never arrived. No apology. No redress. No customer service. Avoid this awful company at all costs.

Could not recommend

I ordered an item I believed to be in stock, after about a week or so I did get an e-mail apologising for the lateness with delivery but the date just seemed to be a forever moving goalpost. After a further week and a half I had to cancel the order with these, after waiting 20 minutes to be connected to someone, and I ordered through another company which delivered the item within 2 working days.

A very poor experience with this company and unfortunately due to this I will be unable to use them again.

Appalling customer service and totally disorganised.

I ordered 3 items in August. After being told they'd been dispatched several times, one item arrived after four weeks. I phoned, emailed and messaged and, two weeks later, received the same item again.
The seller then promised to dispatch the missing items, but never did, and completely stopped responding to messages. When I phoned them I was told that they couldn't help me because they couldn't access their records, but I could send an email. I sent 2, neither of which ever got a response.
Fortunately the purchase was through eBay, who stepped in to help me return the wrong item and eventually get a refund - but it had taken 8 weeks!!!

Ver Poor

Placed an order two months ago, still not been delivered, but they were quick to take my money.
Received notification on two separate occasions that my order was going to be delivered, but it never arrived.
Contacted them three days ago and was told someone would get back to me, I'm still waiting.
Tried to contact them by phone on their sales number but the call gets redirected then cuts off
Worst online service I've ever had

Only gets 1 star as 0 isn't an option!

I echo everything already said. Do not give this company any business. They were quick take my money but I still haven't received the goods and there is no answer to phone or email, I'm starting to think this company was simply set up to scam people. Avoid at all costs

Terrible Experience - Avoid

Please look at all the other terrible reviews before ordering. Never received my item and had to go through a PayPal claim for a refund.

I do not believe they ever had any intention of delivering item, kept assuring me it would be delivered but then nothing arrived. After over a month and countless calls and emails asked for a refund and they stopped responding. Then had to open a PayPal claim and got my money back.

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had, avoid at all costs. If you do go with them use PayPal so you are protected and are not relying on Lyon for a refund.

terrible

Lights did not arrive within the specified time, calls to customer service resulted in nothing, spoke to somebody on the online chat who said they'd send a very similar product out for next day delivery which didn't happen and nobody could find a record of, after another call the items were finally dispatched, had to call for a tracking number, still took days to arrive. Overall it took about a month and about five calls.

I think I've been misled by this company

I placed an order for an outside light fitting on 6 September 2016 the money was taken the same day. I was quoted 8 day for delivery. To date (21 October 2016 - 45 days after placing the order I have not received the light fitting despite being advised by email that I should expect delivery on 17/18 October 2016.
My advice to future potential customers is to avoid buying from Lyon Lighting - I subsequently found the same light fitting from Amazon for £1.00 more with next day delivery.
THIS COMPANY IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
