Easy use of website , and very quick delivery and packaging great

Placed order as website was showing stock, only to find out after making several phone calls that the items were not in stock and were being ordered from Spain! Then a very long wait and several proposed delivery dates and still nothing. Still waiting! Absolutely terrible

Brilliant services, just as shown on website and delivered next day.

Absolutely horrendous. They sent me a light that doesn’t even work. I tried to return it 3 weeks ago. I chose the option for someone to collect it. They sent me no return confirmation, no print label, and no one came to collect it. I emailed them 2 weeks ago and got no response. Called them aswell and no response. Absolute scammers.

Service was ok customer service got back to me in a day or two to advise on my order, only main let down was using FedEx they are not very private customer focussed, as such you cannot set up to ‘leave in a safe place’ if you are not in. They delivered but I was out so it went back to depot!

Wow ... what an outstanding company! Ordered a splendid 24V lighting kit a year and a half ago ... quite expensive but quality stuff and works beautifully. Most impressive -- thanks Lyco -- is that one of the lights just failed and Lyco simply sent a replacement by express post .. no argument .. and it arrived already after just a couple of days. As I said .. outstanding company, highly recommended.

Ordered some track lighting. Arrived very quickly however one of the tracks was damaged. I contacted Lyco and i've not heard anything back from them in over a week

Contacted Lyco a month ago to ask for a replacement bulb under their 2-year warranty and they said they'd sent it. It hasn't arrived, and a follow up email a week ago to ask if they have tracking info has gone unanswered.

Very good service

I found your website rather difficult to negotiate. When searching for items. OK if you know the part/item number.
But such as requiring a 1ft & 3ft long 240v led t5 cool white battern light, I had to try each of words. The pop up suggestions were useless.
Even tried phone call to customer services. They asked for part number. Gave up. Try online again. Eventually once found and put into shopping cart. No link to part number.

All good more or less,lights seem ok,haven't tried them
yet so looking g forward to setting them up outside.
Downside,postage very expensive,would put people off
somewhat I think

Outstanding service! The website was easy to navigate and I found the light bulbs I needed. The order process was simple and then the communication of the delivery was brilliant. I ordered late Thursday afternoon and received the items by Friday afternoon. Thank you & well done!

I purchased 4 lights and paid for them expected them to be delivered the next day.
I received an email with order number and a link to sign in. Could not sign in - wrong password apparently. So requested a new one. Return email gave a ticket ID number and said they would respond with in 2 days. That was on Wednesday morning - It's Sunday now and no response.
The email also noted I would receive an email when the lights have been dispatched. Which I have still to receive.
Have sent two further emails. Friday and today hopefully will get a response.

A day late but all ok in the end

The spotlights I was sourcing were an awkward size, and Lyco was the only company that had them in stock.
Ordered the spotlights on Monday & they arrived Tuesday.
They look better than the spots they were replacing, with clean steel facias and a lovely warm white light.

Very clear website and technical information, easy to order, plenty of reviews, excellent product (3x4' 'daylight' led strip lights - transformed my workspace), ordered 5.00 p.m, arrived by 11.00 next day, good value - simples!

The light is as good as the picture depicts. It goes perfectly with the 27 year older one ouside the front door of my house, which is of course cast metal. I needed this one in a matching style for the side pillar of the garage. Cant wait to put it up tomorrow. Thx for your very quick delivery.
