I had received an order that had some slight shipping damage to one of the components. This company supplied a complete replacement without charge or having to complete any forms etc. The replacement arrived within a working day. All I had to do was to contact the Customer service agent, by telephone, and the whole issue was resolved. Lyco will be my first point of contact for any and all of my future requirements. Outstanding Customer service!

Ordered a outside double flood light with pir, the order was delivered very quickly and I was Impressed how well packaged it was. The light was a good price compared to other companies.
We haven't as of yet had the light fitted. But the overall experience with this company was very good 👍

I placed an order for cool white led panel lights they sent me warm white instead bunch of idiots working in there absolutely rip off don't order from them absolute time wasters.

Not to happy but I guess it isn’t Lyco’s fault but my contract is with them.

Got a text from FedEx saying my order would be deliver between 8.40 and 12.40. Get another text at 8.04 saying, sorry we missed you. Not a great start but it is FedEx’s fault.

If I knew they used FedEx, I would have shopped elsewhere where as FedEx, UPS and DHL are some of the worst couriers, especially in my area.

So here I am writing a review as Lyco emailed me asking how my experience was and I don’t even have my product.

Mailed Customer Services with a tech query but the reply didn't address the issues, requested again x3 and nil response after 5 days so took my purchase elsewhere, another example of the empty office syndrome?

Ridiculous customer service.
Stay away from this company.
Over promise and under deliver.

Very good quality ceiling LEDs. Look good and not as plasticky as some. They arrived very quickly by courier. Perfect for my outdoor home office. Choice of brightness. Great price for the quality.

Ordered a lighting expected deliver around 2 weeks. However my builder told me that the timing cannot match. So, ask to cancel order . Lyco customer service return email on 1 Feb 2025 stated that they will reply on 2 working days. Up to now 26 Feb 2025 still no response. Ticket ID 02679943

I needed alot of replacement GU10 bulbs and two replacement LED downlighters, wanting specific types of each. They were dispatched promptly, I was kept well informed and delivered next day. The prices were very good and customer service over the phone was excellent. Would definitely recommend and I will use them again.

ordered outdoor lights, one arrived broken i ordered a new light. then 4 months later another light went out. i emailed to ask for a replacement under guarantee. was promised one would be sent, i have chased this for 12 weeks and heard nothing. just being ignored! lights don't last and when they promise a guarantee or replacement they don't follow it through.

Ordered the lights at 9pm at night, they were there the next day, second time of ordering incredible service.

Used many times over the years, bought some more light fittings recently and they turned up super quickly and good quality for a good price. One of my customers supplied a product from them which was faulty and they sent another one no problem for me to install. Top service.
