I waited 3 days and then they say send us your documents after 3 days again they ask for the same documents i already sent.
And after a while they say your account is verified.
Couple hours after that they say you know what, you can only withdraw to a german Bank account, you cant use any other Method.
So i asked can you show this rules in your Terms and Conditions ?
They reply its an internal procedure again.
I already reported this to the MGA and i will post this at Askgamblers and CasinoMeister.

They dont even have a licence from Germany and they are located in Malta, and after all this they confiscate the winings and delay the verification and the process as much as they can so you lose the winings while playing again.

Fairly new to the site but the games were those I liked playing so stuck around. Had my first ok win on Monday and (knowing my limits) decided to cash out.
Despite being a verified player I had to chase up my withdrawal today as it will still pending. This seemed to get the ball moving and it was quickly confirmed, only to be told payout to an e-wallet could take working 5 days??? That will put it at 8 working days from withdrawal plus the weekend.

I requested my withdrawal Monday afternoon. It's now Wednesday afternoon and it's still not been processed.

For other UK players, don't accept mediocrity when it comes to withdrawal times. Granted years ago sites would delay on purposes hoping you'd reverse the withdrawal. But these days what with UKGC license laws being so strict.... There's a billion sites out there that will pay out within hours so choose to play with them over sites that make you wait days!

I'd also like to add my account is fully verified and has been several times as they constantly ask for documents. Also I have gone through their 'source of wealth' process as well. So really they're shouldn't be any delays with withdrawals.

Also I've seen other people on here complain about losing several deposits and then when they withdraw they're being asked for further documentation.... WHICH IS ILLEGAL.

Undee the UKGC license laws it clearly states in the section on Compliance > Restrictions on withdrawing deposit and deposit winnings > What not to do > Players must not be asked for information at the point they request a withdrawal from their account if the operator could reasonably have asked for this information at an earlier time.

So basically if you've had your account at a UK regulated site for longer than a few days and they only request further documents at the point you withdraw then they are breaking their licence conditions.

Update:
I received my withdrawal after 2 days and was told they're usually done much quicker but sometimes there's busy periods with lots of withdrawals to process.
I've requested another withdrawal earlier (Thursday) so let's see if this is done before the weekend and my 1 star review can be upgraded. Or do they always take days and just say they're done quicker when in actual fact they never are. I'll update later.

Further update:
The last withdrawal was processed on a Saturday..... Even though I was told they don't process on the weekends.

I've upgraded the review to a 3 star purely on the fact they're starting to do more and more tournaments instead of 1/2 a week. And who doesn't love the chance of winning extra cash and free spins alongside your regular play on slots!

Reasonable odds for a smaller betting site and okay for sports betting. Unfortunately they have a somewhat underhand way of hanging onto small balances. You can't withdraw balances under £20, forcing a deposit to be made. However, all deposits come with a wagering requirement, so you can't just get your money out.

Having read previous reviews, I regret not researching this company before opening an account with them.

I also am having extreme difficulty withdrawing funds from my account. to the point where I believe this company to be untrustworthy.
I have today contacted my bank to intercede on my behalf.
further I will write to the gambling licence board to voice my concerns and request that their licence be rescinded.

I have come to the conclusion that L V BET operate with what can only be described as sharp practice.

Every attempt to request a withdrawal is fielded back to you the customer with no genuine attempt to solve the issue and give customer satisfaction.

As I said before, it wasn’t until I had won that my documents were requested. There are three different sections in which they make you verify.

*Proof of Id (Eventually Approved)

*Proof Of Address (Eventually Approved)

*Source of Funds (3 months bank statements) (Still in Delay) (Over a month now) (In this section on platform I uploaded at least 50-80 documents you can see in support they would deny)

I provided all of these documents, was then told I needed the (Jan) bank statement specifically (Month I had joined), even though that statement wasn’t cycled at the time to further delay me.

I was told this is all that was needed to release my funds to me and it would have to be from online banking and that a stamped and dated statement wasn’t good enough because they don’t consider it original.

January statement finally cycles and I provide it to them, only for them to next request me provide;

Would stay really far away from this casino operator. Good enough reason is that they are happy to accept Swedish players without having relevant license. Sweden have great country wide self-exclusion system for problem gamblers but it just don't help against these operators who decided they can illegally take Swedish players. Only removed SEK as currency but you still can register Sweden as country and mobile land code. Same old story "We don't target Swedish players" yes but you still accept them, hope you enjoy taking money from problem gamblers and offer them way to get around Sweden quite strict regulations which many try to limit gambling. Wouldn't trust this casino in any other issues either as they don't care about licenses, they probably don't care many other laws and regulations either.
