I quite like this casino, the layout and design is nice to use. I was lucky enough to have requested a withdrawal of £2000, I read beforehand about the 72 hour thing so I'm about 24 hours in. The only thing I would criticise at the moment is that there are no update emails on withdrawals, I.e withdrawal request received etc.

Will hopefully receive my winnings in the next 48 hours.

Update: Apologies, I have not received my winnings, I meant that I am 24 hours into waiting for them to be processed.

I have been with LV Bet a bit, got auto verified. Deposited quite a bit, lost it. Won a bit back, slammed with documents. I’ve sent all the documents and still waiting a response. Withdrawal is taking forever, I want to receive it asap.

Not to mention I have 2 bets on virtual sports which are stuck in the open bets tab, both of which have won and I’m STILL waiting for a response.

Want my owed money asap before I take it further.

EDIT they replied saying bets take a while to settle correctly - NOTE it was a virtual sports bet which should of been settled straight away as a winner (x2 bets)

EDIT: asked for more documentation of payment method. I sent all this! and still no news on settlement of VIRTUAL BETS which should have settled almost 24 hours ago as winners!

Update: still not verified, answered personal financial questions which are intrusive, sent 3 online banking screenshots with my name etc.

Signed up today and was blocked during registration for no reason. I spent over an hour on live chat trying to resolve what went wrong with the registration process only to be deflected and stonewalled at every turn. I emailed the help desk and have been ignored there too. Quite frankly with customer service like that they can go to the wall.

Update 1: As per LV's reply below, they have once again doubled down with their unhelpful attitude.
If there was a technical problem they could fix it or inform me what needs to be done to resolve the issue.
If the issue is to do with my account (I don't see what that could be as I only entered my personal details) then again telling me what the issue is could get the problem resolved to both of our satisfactions.

In my conversations with Live Chat I was variously told the problem was I already have an account, which I don't, the account was blocked (no explanation), my registration broke their t&cs (how exactly?) and that there was a risk issue with my IP address. When pressed on this and whether I should contact my IP provider to resolve the issue, they backtracked and a later Live Chat claimed that the IP problem was non existent and that her colleague had made a "human error" which is probably LVbet speak for lied and got caught out.
All LVbet have to do to is fix the problem or advise what the issue is in an honest and straightforward way.

Not too much to ask is it?

I can confirm I have NOT received any private message on any platform or any update, meaningful or otherwise.

Presumably they posted this to either fob me off or to make it appear they have dealt with my issue to make this Trustpilot review look better for them.

Once again rather than deal with the issue they have chosen to stonewall and delay.

LVbet: This is not hard. Just tell me in plain English what the issue is with my Account registration.

anyone reading this do yourself a favour. LV like many other backstreet bookies are gangsters. i havn`nt lost any money to them as i have made the mistake of signing up to other gangster firms like them. stich with hills and ladbrokes, paddy power, bookies you see in the high street etc. dont let these chancers tempt you in with free bet upon deposit. because if you read enough of reviews you will know what i am telling you. Finally i think people like this should be traced and tracked down and put behind bars,the lot of them.

Awful company. Deposited money. 2 weeks ago. It credit to my account. No problems. Took a while but was fine with that. 2 weeks later I check bank balance. I'm 50.00 overdrawn. Nothing been pending in my account to show the money hadn't been deducted already. Random that it pops up without being pending 2 weeks later. After being debited from my account ages ago. Dodgy. Have excluded now!!!!! Do yourself a favour and don't waste your money here.

You can not always win when you are gambling but on lv bet at least you have some chances to win. I haven't won big but small winnings also matter a lot. Have been playing it for almost 2 years and never had any complaints of any sort.

Awful, awful, awful company. Charges 3% to withdraw deposits not fully wagered. Really?? How many respectable bookies do that?? Signed up to use the formula 1 risk free bet promotion only to be told by support I'm not eligable. After reluctantly paying 3% for the pleasure of requesting my own funds back, the money takes over three days to hit my account again. TOTAL RUBBISH. DO NOT USE.

Terrible service been on live chat with Jennifer and she was an absolute joke and really really slow AVoID this site join Bet365 and the bigger ones you will get better service. They have no managers that will call you. Jennifer herself could not cope as she was doing numerous chats so no personal service and it was continually slow and laboured

What a disgrace of a company been trying to get ny withdrawal processed for 5 days now I deposited 10 and won 4000 and they just don't want to pay out ny passprt is a few months out of date I have sent in all other id with it and they are refusing to pay I think its all excauses as I only deposited 10 n won 4000 dosgarceful

Absolute joke of a company! Customer service although available are pretty useless and cant provide information on most things. Also the fact withdrawals take 3 says, can literally clear cheques quicker than they pay out and dont get me started on fees to withdraw your winnings. Will not be using again.

I want to give a five star rating but at the beginning it was already difficult and there was a discussion about making my payout! My bank details were already on file but it wasn’t reflected on their end. Though I got to enter my details again and anyway it was resolved. I just wish the process was not so time consuming and a bit of a hassle else I will stick to LV bet and remain its customer.

Unfair Terms & Conditions and slow/charged withdraw. First issue I had with them was bonus funds, they dont tell you that you cant use your actual funds to place a bet before the bonus is used pro-rata. The f1 offer they run was very misleading, if you have funds in your account this does not count and you wont get it. It takes 3 days to withdraw funds, not even banks take this to clear a cheque and they even charge you to get your cash! Needless to say I closed my account KTG-KLXZX-758

Havnt used the site in a while and I see why. I deposited 30 mins ago and the balance is yet to update. Customer service asked me to wait up to 24 hours. Is this for real? I deposited to make a bet now not in 24 hours????

SO THE COMPANY DECLINED MY WITHDRAWL. DUE TO THE DELAY IN MAKING THE BALANCE AVAILABLE I ASKED FOR IT TO BE WITHDREW AGAIN AS THE COMPANY ARE CON ARTISTS. THEY THEN TELL ME I NEED TO PAY 3 PER CENT ON THE WITHDRAWAL (LAUGHABLE) SO I RELUCTANTLY AGREED.

So I asked for the 10 to be returned but as they took 30p off the balance they will not withdraw it the minimum withdrawal is 10 hahahahahahaa. What absolute gangsters.

I’ve just deposited 10.00 it’s took my money and then my balance never changed it’s an absolute joke then the agent is telling me about terms and condition show me the terms where it says we take your funds but ur balance stays 0 have I been scammed never known this

The level of incompetence from verification team is the worst of any site I’ve ever dealt with. They are asking me for full 2021 tax return even though that isn’t due yet for another 7 months!!!. Showing 12 bank statements of earnings isn’t suffice as 9 would be over the 3 month maximum age they allow.

It’s actually crazy how a department in charge of understanding peoples finances do not understand basic tax return dates!!
