Clear and competitive quote recieved quickly , very easy to arrange the motor insurance online with no complications

Took a long time to give me a decent offer.

I changed my car & the initial quote was far too high. I didn't need breakdown on the renewal. I got a year with the new car. Eventually I renewed with LV as they came up with an acceptable offer but I took a whole day sorting through comparison sites all cheaper quotes to get them to match up. Don't get me wrong LV are a good insurance company but they don't reward loyal customers. Age UK through them was thw turning loint in getting a reasonable quote. Now less than in 25-26. No breakdown. No work insurance needed all helped to reduce it down.

These details include the driver(s), the car make and model, your address, what you use your car for, the amount of voluntary excess you select and more. I’m impressed so far.

I have dealt with LV before when my elderly father had a car accident. They allowed me to deal with things and they were very easy to deal with. I have used them this year for my insurance and compared to my previous insurer I have saved several hundred pounds. Strongly recommend.

Fantastic customer service from LV.

I don’t know where to start apart from fantastic customer service, they were so helpful when my car was crashed in too. The care and support from the team was excellent…it’s five stars 🌟 from me and more, I would highly recommend LV Insurance. Thank you all so much 😇

The most awful insurance company

The most awful insurance company
I made my claim for an accident that happened on August 2025 and they have never contacted me for any news they were interested to charge me £500.00 upfront which it wasn’t my fault for the accident and they have never contacted me with any news i have trying to contact them in many occasions and they have left me waiting for each time 1 hour and 40 minutes and never responded i hade to make another claim and told them all the details and still the same story so if I could rate them it will be - 100 they are rubbish
