Funded campaign, never received product. Company went MIA.
They are frauds. I funded their bag 4 years ago and still haven’t received them.
This bag is life changer. So many useful features. Quality of bag is insane.
I placed my order in September 2018 and to date I have not received it. I have no idea where my items are and I have asked several times for a refund. They have made over $1.1 million via Indiegogo and they are required to either refund or send the product. They are a total scam. They’ve probably spent the money on personal items. It’s disgusting. I want a refund and they refuse to give me one.
Scam and typical Eastern Euopean Fraud. This company never registered in the US. The Website is all fake. They sold their backpack already in 2018 and 2019 through scammer preferred middle man company INDIEGOGO. Almost all of the poeple never got anything.
Bough airtag wallet from Lumzag. Very satisfied with the quality. Sent in 2 days after payment but delivery took a bit slower than expected. Got my order in 10 days. Thanks for the good product guys.
Complete scam!
Don’t attempt to buy anything from this company as you won’t receive anything.
Pre-ordered the product on an ongoing campaign back in September 2018. It is now over 3 years later. The company sends extremely sporadic updates months apart blaming everything from faulty tech, to shipping problems, war, and the pandemic. Their website lists it as "available" with text saying it will "ship within 80 days" and some items are "sold out" you can review the campaign on Indiegogo with a quick Google search seeing the Updates and Comments.
Reddit users also began doing research on some of the people and cross-posted referring to it as a "scampaign campaign".
It would be simple to have someone take 5 minutes to type an update establishing anything. Someone had been commenting on their behalf saying things like "update in a week" a week turned into 2 then 3 and then months. But recently even this has fallen silent.
Over two years of nonstop lies from these people who raised a ridiculous amount of money only to leave all of their customers frustrated and empty-handed. The excuses ranged from “war and insurrection” to “shipping irregularities.” They regularly scrubbed negative comments and continued to collect money for this scam.
Became a backer in Jan. 2019, and started seeing things posting about delays and issues. I started asking some questions and received replies from Lumzag that weren’t exactly reassuring.
Then, I received a Facebook message from a Supervisor (Tyler) from the fabric company whom Lumzag contracted for the bags. They only purchased enough to make 100 bags. When I asked about this publicly on the Indiegogo forum, I was immediately blocked and issued a refund. My post was blocked so no one could read it.
This issue was hidden from other people on Indiegogo. But not in a backer forum. I also emailed the company where Supervisor Tyler worked, to verify the message. I was given a very hostile message by Tyler after this, with proof of my email from the CEO, which confirmed he not only worked there, but was threatened with leaking information that threatened his job.
This issue was never rectified. The original bag was revised to limit that component. Promises of shipments were made. There are subreddits about faulty bags received that did not, and do not work to this day. Customer service blames the owner, saying they must have opened the casing and altered it.
There were delays with SIM cards...batteries....the apps in the stores....then they forgot about international approvals.... and then sent out lighthearted emails after the pandemic began.... and the war in their country...
Meanwhile, their ‘business site’ in California is a defunct and empty warehouse. Their address in NJ is shared with...Volterman. Due diligence and research has linked the two companies as one.
This is a bait and switch scheme. Both Lumzag and Indiegogo are complicit in scamming the consumer.
Do not buy into this scam, they are not delivering their product and people are not happy.
Caution, seems to be a fraud website. They raised money on kickstarter to develop the offered bags - but they are not delivering since more than 2 Years
