As always the entire staff at Neuronic responds to all my requests immediately. As we move into brain mapping and targeted neurofeedback to compliment our PBM helmet offering has been fabulous. Thanks to all that move us forward!

No replies from supporters. Battery issues. Have had to offload the app multiple times.
This is not a review, rather I would like to know when the helmuts go on sale so I can consider purchasing one. I am APOE4 and have very high p-tau 217 and this red light therpay is supposed to reduce p-tau. Would the less expensive one help with that?
Thanks

product has worked only about 50% of the time I try to use it. Dozens of failures reported to your customer service department. I am a retired VP of Operations for an electronics manufacturing company. Packaging for shipment is grossly inadequate. I don't understand how any professional engineer would have approved a product sitting loose inside a cardboard box. It needs soft foam on all sides. I suspect you have poor quality software and you MAY have manufacturing quality issues. Too bad because the fundamental product concept is exceptional, the execution is poor.

We’ve been using transcranial photobiomodulation (tPBM) in our practice for some time and have incorporated the Neuronic helmet with clients of all ages.
Overall, we view this as a high-quality device in a very promising category. tPBM appears to support mitochondrial function and energy availability in the brain, which can be an important foundation for change.
In our clinical experience, where this really shines is as a supportive tool alongside neurofeedback and broader brain training. When the brain has more energy available, it tends to be more responsive to training and better able to shift long-standing patterns.
We also like that this can be used consistently at home. Daily use fits well with how the brain actually changes—through repetition and ongoing input rather than occasional interventions.
That said, I think it’s important for people to understand what this is—and what it isn’t.
Devices like this are not typically a complete solution on their own for complex issues like anxiety, sleep disruption, or cognitive challenges. Those patterns are usually learned over time and require training and integration to shift in a lasting way.
Where we’ve seen the best results is when tPBM is part of a structured, comprehensive approach that includes:
Brain training (like neurofeedback)
Attention to sleep and lifestyle
Consistency over time
Used this way, it can be a very valuable addition.
We’ve had a positive experience with the device and the company, and feel comfortable recommending it to clients who are looking to extend and support their work outside the office

Continuing the use of my Neuronic unit. Helped me keep my focus and is a complement to my neurofeedback therapy.

I am an affiliate of Neuronic and deeply value their commitment to advancing brain health. Using the Neuronic helmet has supported my own cognitive health, and I’ve also seen meaningful benefits in my patients. Their leadership and team are ethical, responsive, and genuinely dedicated to bringing effective brain health solutions to more people.

My husband has had multiple strokes, The doctors pretty much tell me there is really no chance of things getting better. We can only hope to slow it down. I have been using the helmet every day since I received it. His therapist want to know what I am doing different, because he is improving in everything. He had blood work too also everything is looking so much better than it has in over 2 years. The only thing I have done different was add this helmet. Thank you. I know it is helping him improve, which will help us have more moments together.

Not enough instructions and detailed instructions on the operation or what the specifics of the machine.

The helmet arrived early and was simple to set up and use. I have a TBI so it's hard for me to see change but others can see it in my thinking patterns.
