NCS Lumi experience.
I find being a loyal customer of Lumi seems to be in my favor. I found the required documentation to be fair and reasonable, the team at Lumi are also very responsive, and eager to get the client over the line with the required result. One area to be mindful of is I had two separate phone calls from two separate Senior Customer Success Managers on the same information in relation to a compliance call must be completed to confirm the terms and conditions of the top up, when I had already sent in all the required documentation an had confirmation that the top up had be approved, a little bit of communication break down.

They will promise the world however their MO is to get you into loans at high interest rates (40%) and when they feel like it, without prior notice, will stop your line of credit and keep you locked in a loan at 40% interest, paying them back endlessly. Stay away. Especially if you have a business and want to keep it!
