Best dress
This dress fit me so perfect, I range between a medium and large. Wore it to a wedding and I got compliments all night I’m not even exaggerating. I was told by multiple people I was “best dressed.” I logically wanted to the yellow but they sold out, but so so glad I ended up getting pink it was beautiful with a spray tan

Great customer service for returns
It is difficult to find clothes that fit well because I have a short, thin, athletic build. I needed to return the original item because it was too small, and customer service sent out the new item before I even sent the item out to be returned! The new one fit perfectly.

I have had good experiences buying with Lulus. I love that there is a "reviews" area under the item. It is nice to be able to look and see how the dress fits on other body types.
I even have done some returns for options I did not end up liking and it was an easy process.
There are so many options for so many different "events" where you can find a certain style, color, pattern, material, etc

The dress is way too long for an average person. Lulus has changed the return policy to a shorter period so I couldn’t return it. I think you can find better fitted dress that’s more reasonably priced and not ridiculously long elsewhere. I probably won’t shop at lulus again

Returned policy used to be 30 days. I was very dissapointed when I realised that I coudn't returned my dress since I am 15 weeks pregnant and my body changed a lot in 3 weeks.
