Scheduling delivery is a nightmare. An automated phone call reaches out, and when you pick up you're put immediately on hold. I hung up after being made to wait 10 mins. Still haven't scheduled the delivery. And there's no way to do it electronically or reach out to them to schedule. Not worth dealing with them. Haven't even seen the item yet so no clue what the quality is like.

I placed my order 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received any indication for when it will arrive. I’ve been checking the Shop app daily, which has shown the status, “waiting for details,” since I placed my order. Need better customer communication, delivery tracking and transparency. I feel in the dark about my order and question if it’s going to arrive at all.

your sales team sent me photos of the chairs already in a customers home. I also received a fabric swatch which helped me make my decision to purchase the chairs. these are the first chairs I purchased online, without sitting in them, they are very comfortable and elegant. the bistro table is perfect!

I absolutely loved the product. The wallpaper was beautiful, but there was a huge problem, still not resolved, with the shipment I got two rolls of the wallpaper and they shipped them separately and the batches didn’t match and I’ve been working on this for a week and it’s not resolved so I had to delay the project

This is the worst rug quality I've ever…
This is the worst rug quality I've ever had and it's even more terrible at the price point I got it for. The discounted price is still unreasonable for how much it sheds. I gave it a couple months to see if it will eventually stop like mentioned in the product page. It hasn't. We own a Miele vacuum and even it struggles with the sheer amount of fluff just from a week of use.
