They are a scam

They are a scam! They doesn't pay out! Lucktastic doesn't always give you the scratch cards. They will either run an ad before providing the card to you or will insist on you loading an app and spending money to get the card. Once you finally get the points that they say you need you are told to load even more apps to actually claim your reward. After you've loaded all the apps they never provides the gift card at had said they would.

Avoid Lucktastic like the plague

Takes a lot of time to scratch the cards because of lengthy "click to continue" slideshow ads OR you get video ads that freeze up and won't play. Then they have this VIP status thing with varying levels. Supposedly, being a VIP Gold grants you priority access to gift cards. This is a lie. Each time you want to redeem, they tell you to become a VIP (which I already am) and download more apps. So you download their partner apps or whatever, you open them, sign up, play the game if applicable, do everything right and guess what? 99.9% of the time they don't acknowledge that you downloaded anything. They say it could take some time to credit. That is a lie. Even IF you get lucky and it recognizes enough downloads that you can cash out, they don't cycle in new apps like ever it seems. So what happens when you've downloaded every last app they have to offer? You're doomed. I did manage to cash out once for $5, whoopee. I have over 90,000 tokens I can not use (that would be 3 more $5 Amazon cards). Customer service is a joke and they block people who attempt to reach out to them via social media. There are far superior scratch games out there to help you earn gift cards. Lucktastic is a sham.

Fraudtastic

Fraudtastic! Played daily, tried apps, did surveys, and watched a whole lot of ads. Saved up for a $50 gift card and ALL of the selections offered were UNAVAILABLE! Then, due to a few months activity, they took all the tokens and the little bit of cash I earned back. This advertising scam should be stopped post haste.

False Advertising - SCAM

While you can play their scratch cards and "win" points, it's impossible to actually redeem them. I have been trying to redeem my points for MONTHS and everything is always "out of stock, try back later". I have tried to contact them twice (around January, and again around April) and never received a response. I have filed a BBB case, and they didn't respond to that (to me or to the BBB) either.

Can't win any money

Can't win any money. Have $1.25 for about 9 months now. Takes a very large amount of tokens to get a good gift card and a long time to add up.

A complete garbage scam site and app in the app store. They won't pay the e-cards they owe people. Anyone who's here leaving a negative review please also leave a 1-star review at the app store and better business bureau BBB website. This will protect others from getting scammed
