I have been playing this app for over q year and I had enough tokens for the $100 gift cards and none would be available to get. Even waited when the timer ran out only to find out none could be purchased. Total scam! All that time wasted for nothing!

I had tokens and cash on my account can I redeem my account as soon as I can. Thank you.duane Boyd.

Just got notice that LUCKTASTIC is retiring on April 7th. My Tokens are somehow now ZERO, My cash is ZERO. I have "159" entries. (That seems off.)
Play was slightly entertaining but was a bit tedious for time played. Hope things work out for everyone. That would be a positive to everyone for all the hard work.

Lucktastic is shutting down and I'm concerned they will not honor our tokens

Used to be legit. Now cards can never be redeemed.

I have had this app for over a year, and as soon as I had enough tokens for the $100 amazon gift card all of a sudden none of the gift cards were available for me to redeem. For the last 2 months I have set alarms day & night to be on the app when the time counts down to release the gift cards yet the timer just resets and starts over saying none available. TOTAL SCAM

I have had this app for about 9 months and I am finding the more tokens I get, the less opportunities I have to win. They actually take away your chances the more you win. Most everything is a scam I suppose. Definitely false advertising on their part. Very frustrating. I have emailed them and always received an email saying my email couldn't be delivered. 🙄

I would not even give this app 1 star but have to in order to write a review. SCAM SCAM SCAM I have been on this app for over 3 years never won a damn thing and when I go to get gift cards there is technical difficulties which is there way of keeping people from obtaining the gift cards.

This is nothing but a waste of time.

I would actually give zero stars. I have been saving points for a long time. Just tried for two different gift cards. Each time at the count down to zero I click on . Redeem comes up. Next sign in then code to mobile number. After all that you get Gift card out of stock. Both times? Really? I'm done with Lucktastic! Waste of time!!!!!

Set a goal to accrue 115,000 tokens to get a $25 Lowes card. Got to my goal to find that card was out of stock. Moved ahead to 199,000 tokens to get the $50 walmart card... and suddenly IT was out of stock also. Keeps telling me it'll be back in stock in 2 days... or 15 hours... yada yada. I've been checking back for weeks now... niether are ever available.
Wasted 4 months... and never won more than $3.49 That I got in the first week... and you have to build $50 to cash out. RIP OFF

I got 98,000 points to get Uber gift cards . I have to wait a couple days. I can now get the gift cards . But Luckatrist lower my point to 93,000 Points that just made me mad 😠 😡 .This is scam

I had this app for a little over a week now. With 23,000+ coins and $3.50 cents in cash made I can honestly say its a set up. I accumulated everything very fast but one night I recall winning $250 on a scratch off and it said I didnt win and on top of that..at first it seems easy with little to no effort but the more you play.. You will get more annoying ads. Eventually after EVERY scratch off I did they started putting ads right after. Sometimes even 2 in a row.

Never any gift cards available except for 1 which is 2 million tokens, and you only get a $1 gift card. I've checked, and checked everyday now for over a month, and they still say sold out. I've wasted time I'll never get back playing a game that never pays out or has gift cards. Waste of time, and another game app I'll be deleting.

Tried this app for only 4 days. They tried to say i won 75 thousand dollars. Then they get a hold of you to download a app that transfers money to them. Then they ask how much money you have in your account. Then they want you to make a transaction to them for all but 50 dollars of it. They actually thought I was going to go through with giving them this money and tried telling me it was a test transaction. SCAM ARTISTS.

I had tried Lucktastic in the past,got nothing for all my scratch off tickets. Reinstalled it. Imagine my surprise when I added them on Instagram and was IMMEDIATELY contacted that not only had I won a substantial amount of $,but a fancy car too! Everything seemed a little too much. I was asked for a copy of my photo ID( I refused), repeatedly told it wasn't a scam,and then told I couldn't tell ANYONE at all about my winnings. No one or I would forfeit all prizes. After looking them up ( I was told the BBB,The FBI and FTC considered them accredited) they are in fact NOT who they claim to be. I stupidly gave them my number and they called me several times. I have blocked them and reported them to the FTC. If it looks and sounds to good to be true,it 99% of the time is. Don't fall for their fake winning. Oh and from the endless scratch offs? I won an amazing $1.50!!!

Lot of fluff. No real results, poor customer support, very little evidence the app is paying on any of the bigger prizes. They pay on some $2 & $5 cards. Once in a great while they claim there is a winner on something bigger, but, most times you never hear of who won contests. That is strange considering they would/should want people to know there was big winners.

I wish someone would create a review that you could put negative Stars on. I supposedly won $250 on a scratcher after 5 weeks and not receiving it I followed their protocol and emailed them (4*) no one responded found an email that was different that was online when I googled it, sent one there no response, now they posted a new help desk sent an email there no response. Bottom line this apple drain your battery give access to your personal information to so many sites you'll get spam texts calls emails and the claim of paying out real cash is false false. DON'T BELIEVE THEM DON'T INSTALL

Do NOT waste your time playing this app!! You’ll never be able to exchange your tokens for gift cards! I’ve been playing for approximately a year. I’ve been trying to exchange my tokens for months and have not been able to not even once. There are gift cards that say 50% gone and when you click on it, it says not available and to try another one. They are all like this. You will never be able to exchange for the $50 Walmart gift card or the $100 Walmart gift card. I have enough tokens for both and it shows a count down timer of when they’ll be available. When it’s time for them to be available they extend the count down timer every time! They just keep extending it so, you’ll never be able to exchange your tokens for gift cards. Meanwhile, everyone watching ads is making this company very wealthy because they make it impossible to exchange your tokens. My next step is to file a complaint with state and government officials. They’re are deceiving people and should be shut down and removed from the app stores!

Not for me I’ll rather recommend alik crypto 150 percent or more of invested amount in 1 week, they sustained me through high school

I never really liked Lucktastic, to me it seems a total scum! I'm currently using a telegram channel to make some instant cash downloading apps, watching videos, it's muuuch better than Lucktastic and they pay out right away! @CashNClick
