They offered competitive value and order was shipped quickly. I was updated at each stage of process.

I ordered 15 books for my grandsons Christmas present from Lowplex on 21st December and received on 23rd December. This was after being let down by another company .
Delivery man was very pleasant and with a smile.
I will definitely use this company again and would recommend.

Excellent books ... My son loved them

Books are my business, so I am sepaking with 20 years of experiencewith many different organisations.
A number of books were ordered and packed in a box which wasn't strong enough to hold them.
Luckily, only two were damaged. Their company policy as to report them within 7 days for return, so complied.
I was then asked for photos of the damages. I do not have a smartphone, nor want one, so cannot email photographs, but was told this is company policy. It is not, otherwise their site would say so.
I have ordered a number of times from them before and would expect some level of honesty and ownership of insufficient packing, but to no avail.
Such poor customer service merits no further business, so be warned. This is a company with dubious ethics.

Read the return policy before ordering from them. Unfortunately this is why in my opinion it’s better to order from larger organisations.

Swift delivery and great packaging and wrapping.
Books are fabulous and individually wrapped.

Company is good to purchase from. Books well packaged and delivered on time. Only thing was I did not receive confirmation of my order when I first made the purchase which did concern me at first. Confirmation came later when I was emailed about delivery and tracking. Would still use company again.

Looking for 2 books, lowplex had them cheaper than anybody else. I ordered them and received them a few days later. Very fast and efficient company. 5* from me and ill be purchasing again from them.

My daughter provided me with the titles of the books that my grandson wanted to have in his Christmas stocking and I went on line and arrived at the Lowplex site and was able to easily order what I required. Next thing I know is Andy, my postman, is ringing my doorbell with my books in his hand. How wonderful is that!!!! They are now wrapped to be put in my grandsons Christmas stocking. Fabulous.

Books arrived on time. Excellent price and condition.

I ordered a set of books containing 4 volumes. I received volumes 1,2 and two copies of volume 4. Volume 3 was missing. I made contact with customer service and despite several promises by Muhammad over 6 weeks I have still not received the missing book. Very poor I will not use them again

The books are different sizes, but I ordered a set. I expected one size.

Fast delivery & really quick to respond to my messages, I had ordered 2 of the same items by mistake when I returned 1 of them I got fully refund very quickly
