He encouraged me to keep going, making me want to stay with the company and continue traveling. The advisory service they provide is very efficient.

If I can give them negative stars I would. This “company” is a scam. I have never experienced anything more hair pulling, disgusting, and just absurdly ridiculous. Booked a flight for my girlfriend at 11 am never received a confirmation email with the actual itinerary from the airline. After 5 hours I called their “support line” the guy said it would take a hour more to process and I should receive confirmation via email. Never received it called back and the guy told me the flight was not available, every other site still had that flight available and he wanted me to rebook another flight for $150 more. After cursing him out for 30 mins I agreed to do so just for him to come back saying he booked it for the wrong dates, afterwards I was speaking to their supervisor and the guy had me on hold for more than a hour to find another flight. Decided to just cancel the trip completely and dispute the charge through my bank. This is not a real company read all the 1 star reviews, they’re a bunch of little Indian men scamming people

Vuelo Ecuador-El Salvador-Ecuador. En un inicio todo muy bien, pero en mi regreso no pude tomar mi vuelo, ya que aparecía en el sistema de Copa como revocado, cuando les llamé, me dijeron que saben que muchas personas no regresan de El Salvador, ??? lo cual me da a entender que ellos pensaron que yo no lo haría y por eso revocaron mi pasaje, pero que ellos no pueden hacer nada, así que me tocó comprar otro pasaje. Estoy ingresando un proceso de reclamos para reembolso y que cubran mis gastos adicionales. Pero no tengo respuesta alguna de ello.

Flight Ecuador - El Salvador - Ecuador. At first everything was very good, but on my return I could not take my flight, since it appeared in the Copa system as revoked, when I called them, they told me that they know that many people do not return from El Salvador, ??? Which gives me to understand that they thought I wouldn't do it and that's why they revoked my ticket, but that they can't do anything, so I had to buy another ticket. I am entering a claims process for reimbursement and to cover my additional expenses. But I don't have any answer to that.
