RIP OFF!!

RIP OFF!!! Bait and switch stay away!! This is sick what they are doing to people! Called me to confirm payment just for them to tell me the reservation was canceled and would have to switch dates and flights and be placed on a “waitlist” or pay $800 more! After already paying $400+ to get another ticket.

Scam company

If I could give zero stars I would. This is a scam agency (FareCrown.com) I made a flight reservation for a great price from charlotte to DC and when I call them because I wanted to get information about checking a bag and a seat assignment I was told that if I wanted to check a bag I would need to upgrade!! Then I was told I could only bring a purse a a backpack weighting no more than 7lbs. When I told him I needed to check a bag he put me on hold them came back and said my flight price would increase to $300 extra dollars!!! When I told him to cancel he said if I cancel (mind you this transaction had only been 3hrs) I would be charged $100!! I hung up and immediately contacted my credit card company fraud department and cancelled my card. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM, CONSUMER BEWARE!!

ripoff Indian travel agency, not legit!

they took a reservation for me, for ($89.00)they didn't book it. I called the next day (saturday) they told me that buying the ticket was closed until Monday and to call them back but there was no problem. called Monday and they said that the ticket did not get purchased and the new price was $218.00 more. which is close to what the airline charges. India based company (with typical American names) that could not care about the customer. these companies should not be allowed to continue to operate in US.

SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Booked a Southwest flight to Las Vegas at half the price of anywhere else. The terms before I purchased said I had 24 hours to cancel for a full refund. The email they send you AFTER you purchase says NO REFUNDS. The email also says the ticket is "pending" and that I need to contact them. I did, and they told me that I would be allowed no bags or personal items unless I upgraded to a ticket that was $500 more. I told her how much of a bait and switch scam this was and that I wanted a refund. She said no because the email AFTER purchasing says no refunds. Scam!

Customer Service

There was confusion with my tickets that were purchased and I worked with Vincent Stone to resolve the problem. He did a great job of walking me through the situation and working hard to get it resolved. He provided some of the best customer service I have received in some time.

Vin Stone did an excellent job with my…duplicate flight problem

Vin Stone did an excellent job with my duplicate flight problem. He went above and beyond handling the situation and keeping me informed of what he was doing when I was on hold. He was able to void both flights and he was giving me other available flight information that I could purchase. He was very patient and thorough. Give this man a raise-he has excellent customer service skills.

I bought a plane ticket for $667 for a…

I bought a plane ticket for $667 for a round trip. They took the money and then called me to say, "Oh, Delta didn't approve my ticket. Oh, they'll change my ticket but I have to pay another fee." Imagine buying a ticket for $667 and they tell you to change your ticket and you have to pay another fee. They don't want to give you back the money you paid before. Please do not book any airline tickets through fare crown, they are lying so they can take your money. After they have taken the money, they tell you that the ticket is not finalized, but they can change it for you, but you have to pay a fee and they tell you that if you cancel, you will still pay the penalty. It looks like thieves who have banded together to make money. Please do not book tickets with them, even if you saw the $1 ticket on the website, do not do it because they are frauds.

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. However, we would like to clarify a few important points, as the claims made in this review are inaccurate and misleading.

At Fare Crown, no ticket is ever finalized until the airline confirms and issues the ticket. This is clearly disclosed during the booking process and again in the confirmation email sent immediately after payment. The initial amount paid is an authorization for a promotional fare, which is subject to airline availability and approval.

In this case, the airline did not approve the originally selected fare. When this happens, customers are always given clear options:

proceed with an alternative fare (if available),

or cancel the request in line with the fare rules and airline policies.

At no point do we “take money and refuse refunds.” Any applicable fees or penalties are airline-imposed or fare-rule based, not arbitrary charges created by our company. We also do not issue tickets without airline confirmation, nor do we claim that a booking is finalized before ticket issuance.

We categorically deny allegations of fraud or theft. Fare Crown is a legitimate travel agency operating transparently and in compliance with airline and payment-processor regulations.

This agency is a scam

This agency is a scam, they sold me tickets for a flight that was only standby. None of this was listed on website. Then they call you to try and make you purchase upgrades. Everything they offer is way more than actual website prices. No carry-on allowed and couldn't purchase carry-on at airport, couldn't not cancel my tickets, didn't offer insurance.

What they show on the website looks like a deal at first till they call you and tell you. You only brought standby tickets. Who wants to buy standby tickets with no carry-on? Get real!

Do not purchase from here!

Global Travel part 1 - haven’t taken the trip yet

The initial phone conversations while making the reservation seemed a little questionable with all the background voices going on. However Vincent was very patient and helpful to find a flight that worked for me. The longer I spoke with him, the more I trusted him.
Today, I initially received someone else’s boarding passes for a different destination. However, Garry sent the correct ones to me and called to confirm that I received them. Although he was helpful, he was not able to process my one checked bag as Vincent had told me could happen.
I emailed Vincent and he was able to take care of my checked bag and sent me a new boarding pass. I am all checked in and ready to go. So far so good with GTO !

Awesome service

Emma Martin was the agent that helped me. She went above and beyond and was awesome. She made sure that my mom was able to get a flight out at a time that was good for my mother. I am very satisfied with the service that I received. I couldn't not have asked for a better agent than Emma Martin. Thank you so very much for the wonderful service that I received.

WORST OVERALL EXPERIENCE

WORST OVERALL EXPERIENCE. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. DON’T ISE THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CARD TO BE CONPROMISED.
I booked on their website and then called to find If I could’ve able to see the flights on my southwest app and ended up being told so many conflicting things by the rep in regards to the app & being able to take a carry on. They wanted to charge another $200 to bring a carry on with southwest who allows carry-ons for every passenger. I spoke to a supervisor and got the same information. I told them that I want my reservation still. I will call back if I want to make changes.
I never called back until I got 2 charges on my card from Frontier Airlines.
After a week and about 6 phone calls and no returned calls, I finally got to speak to a supervisor that is telling me that my reservation is cancelled by the airline, and that they haven’t charged my card. And the charges wouldn’t be coming from Frontier Airlines. But that they need to research further.
I still have yet to receive a return call and have called back and just keep getting told that I’ll receive a return call. And now my credit card has been compromised and I’ve only used it on that site.
It’s not worth your time or trouble. Don’t trust it!

My experience was the greatest ever

My experience was the greatest ever. I was stressed and depressed literally from what I was going through, I had needed a quick getaway from Los Angeles to go to Alabama and Vincent made it happen. Thank you so much you are a blessing.

they are scammers

they are scammers - do not used this company, bait and switch, we paid the agreed amount for 2 round tickets and then they said they could only get return tickets and the tickets down would increase 300 dollars and they would not give you an eticket saying you had to show up 3 hours early and stand inline to get it. I cancelled the card so they could not charge on it. they tried to say the card had already been charge and I could not get it back they lied I cancelled all charges on the card
