I recently applied for a loan for my business and Nadira was my agent for providing me with different loan option.
From start to finish she has been outstanding on every level.
She was very clear with all the information and extremely quick getting back to my queries.
I have to say I haven’t had such efficient service ever and can’t praise her enough.
Once I got accepted for the loan Nadira swiftly guided me through what I needed to do.
She never pressured me into accepting any of the options which was great.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone and would say she’s an asset to Lovey.
Funds reached my account within the next day of accepting the loan offer.

I was emailed and phoned repeatedly for months after an initial enquiry, I gave them some more details, was given a finance offer I was happy with.
They asked me to confirm a few things and said they'd be back in touch with the final documents.
Now they have stopped answering emails and won't pick up the phone, I've emailed our account manager, another account manager and the general contact form.

Kudos to Sam Purslow! From start to finish, Sam was fantastic to deal with. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was always quick to respond whenever I had a question.
What could have been a stressful experience was made straightforward thanks to Sam’s professionalism, knowledge and genuine willingness to help. I always felt like he had my best interests in mind and was working hard to find the right solution rather than just the quickest one.

Great service and very friendly
The representative, Kurtis, was fantastic. He was extremely responsive to my emails, replying often within 5 - 15 mins each time. He was always on the end of the phone, ready and willing to talk me through the process of which I was not familiar with at all. He was understanding, very helpful and went above and beyond.
