I’m part of a WhatsApp group for my shoe size. Communication was a little slow when asking for further info which I now know was because the owner was away but after confirming everything the shoes were delivered the next day and I am so impressed with them. I would definitely purchase again and considering consigning my own luxury items in the future.

I always promised my girlfriend a pair of black patent louboutins and finally got some at a decent price. I can't wait to see her reaction on Christmas! Though I haven't seen the shoes as they are beautifully wrapped I'm sure they are goregous and the wrapping is amazing. I found the website by chance, as I always promised my girlfriend a pair of louboutin heels and I have been keeping an eye on the website for her size and finally one day they had perfect size for her and the colour she wants so I got them straight away! Now I have not seen them but i am sure they are good as they are for her christmas present, but the package is beautifully wrapped and I am sure are perfect. I cant wait to see her in them and her recation as I know she will look stunning. So thank you for providing luxury items like these at affordable prices will defiently be back for myself next!

Had a couple of designer items I wanted to sell had numerous quotes but went with love luxe after seeing the reviews very quick response from these guys I posted my items and within a few hours of being delivered after authentication love luxe sent my payment over excellent service will use again shortly

From initial enquiries about the colour of the shoes i was interested in, until the shoes reached me (in less than 24 hours i may add) nothing stopped short of excellent customer service from this company!
The seller even took shoes out to the daylight and sent me a video to satisfy my curiosity of the colour as it had to be just right for my event, and she made me feel like even though i hammered her with questions, nothing was too much trouble! I would not hesitate to recommend this company and would definitely shop from here again!

I had my review deleted cause I thought I could get to a solution to my problem in a better and serious way (I was not asking for my money back because I had read the T&C before, a simple message would have been enough), but sadly since all I got was kicked out of the WhatsApp group, I will keep it up.
The bag I got was a counterfeit, it has no serial number and the dust bag is clearly fake. Do not spent your money here and if you do, please ask for all the serial numbers and proof other than an entrupy certificate.
I hate leaving negative reviews but I am really disappointed by Charlotte.
