Equally, publicly stating or implying that a genuine item is counterfeit without evidence is a serious matter. If you continue to publish such claims without proof, we formally request that you provide your full legal name and supporting evidence. Please note that we reserve the right to take legal action to protect our reputation against defamatory statements.

We’ve recently received several calls, messages and even emails requesting refunds for such items, which appear to be related to another company. It seems many customers may have purchased from a different website with a similar name — LUVLUX — which is not based in London and is known for poor after-sales service.
