I did NOT complete my purchase for an item once I seen the shipping cost. Once I seen the shipping cost I removed the item and backed out of the order page that was waiting for me to click on complete my purchase. 5 minutes later I get notification that my order was complete and now jumped to $32.00. This is not OK!

This company charged me $57.36 and never sent me the product! I want my money back!

I paid for the product I ordered over 20 days ago. The original company I ordered from (or thought I was ordering from) is not the company that charged my paypal account. I should have known it was bull****. Terrible ripoff company found on Instagram of course:-(

THIS IS A SCAM. I bought the a bundle of 4 AEXZR mini portable Kenetic heaters. They are NOT what I recieved, they are cheap airfreshners. I disputed with PayPal and returned them and still did not get a refund.

If I could give them a zero I would. Total rip off and scam products. They never responded to any of my emails. I had to go through my charge card to get my money back.

Company sells products that don’t work. Don’t deal with them. Wish I had checked these reviews prior. All one star and that probably more than they deserve.

This Seller is a SCAM - after checking out, they tacked on additional costs, plus a TIP! After I filed a Complaint with PayPal, the product was finally delivered but the directions were all in Chinese. Miserable, miserable company to deal with. Don't waste your money.

On April 12th this company stole 63.16 and they will not return or refund my money. I am disabled and never authorized their transactions they stole my social security money and several lawyers will be contacted as well as Facebook and all social media to let Y'ALL that they are scamming and stealing from elderly and sick people. well, I have tp put a star up. Just found out they are scammers and immediately I contacted Paypal to stop this payment. I did not want to cancel my order since they could possibly get into my accounts from my emails. If Paypal does not stop this payment I will stop Paypal.

How many of us ordered via FaceBook I will never learn this Website is yet another pop up store with too good to be true offers. Have you seen the vehicle concealer device well being inquisitive I ordered one only to receive a device to say my car door is open. Complained of course only to be told they have sent me the correct item even though it squawked insesantly in Chinese and the postage sized card which I had to scan and enlarge which the wording was ledgible Car Door Open Warning Device not that it did that either. Complained via PayPal only to have case closed with no explanation ?WHY . Please note that although my initial purchase was in January they lost my order and I didn't actually receive anything till March.

I had to give a star so that I can right this review. In November 2023 I ordered and paid via PayPal for an item,I have as of now not received what I ordered.PayPal told me that this company had proof of delivery, but cannot show me this. They therefore turned down my claim for my money back. Unless I can prove I did not receive said item. HOW DO YOU DO THAT. I have lost a lot of faith in Pay Pal.

I was sent a different product that didn't even resemble my product. When I finally realized that my product was not coming, I filed a complaint. They responded, "It's been more than 14 days. We cannot help you." This company is apparently also going by kitfityou. Beware! Scam!

Real scam. Do not buy from them. And PayPal does not cover from scam. They sent a false plastic thing and gave PayPal a false tracking record delivering a plastic thing. Please be careful.
