Paid for a service, got a black hole
Ordered GCMS notes through this platform. Ran into an issue and contacted support. Fair enough — problems happen.
What's NOT fair is that I followed up three times and got the identical auto-generated response every single time. Nobody read my messages. Nobody actually helped. Just the same copy-paste reply on loop.
This is a paid service handling immigration documents. People are counting on you. Sending robotic non-answers three times in a row is not support — it's just noise.
Fix your support system or be upfront that there isn't one.
