The withdrawal times are horrendous in comparison to other casinos and if you speak to live chat they tell you it never takes the full 5 days and will be sooner. I don’t understand how 99.9% of other casinos withdrawals are processed instantly yet theirs can take 5 days to be sent out,
Update, Payment was received instantly upon being processed, still not overly happy with the whole experience, all anyone had to do was be upfront and tell me withdrawals are only processed in mon-fri business hours
