Their system is not rewarding the cash prize for matching the Prima Ball on El Gordo De La Primitiva.
I've raised the issue with support twice in the past year and its happened a third time now, and was previously happening with US Powerball as well. The fact the reward prize is only 1.50 Euro for matching the Prima Ball is completely besides the point.
They also take weeks to acknowledge and respond to tickets but they respond within 24 hours here... why?

Has usual games, but I've played on several other sites and can at least have a reasonable play. Lottogo, money goes like water. I don't actually expect to come away winning, but on Lottogo, you can't even have a proper play as there appears to be NO rtp. Play their slots and you can spin through 100s of pounds with unbelievably no wins whatsoever (and I'm not exaggerating). I'm sure there'll be some form of explanation provided, but I can't believe how many good reviews this site actually has. Like many have said, you cannot win on Lottogo, so my advice is to avoid.

Played one of their bonus games and did not win.
Then when I deposited my own money I had to win of £403 but it would only let me withdraw £160 as apparently it is part of the bonus. My bonus had finished and I deposited my own money so don’t really understand how that works.
To me it’s a bit of a scam.

When a bonus is active, any winnings earned during that period are treated as bonus winnings, even if you later deposit your own money.

Once that limit is reached, the remaining balance stays as non‑withdrawable bonus funds.
