Very quick to come round when my cooker broke down. Unfortunately getting the new part took a bit longer before it was repaired. Very good at keeping me informed of progress and a very reasonable price for repair. Staff were very polite and pleasant.

Engineer Stephen was very efficient and identified the problem immediately. The only negative is the £93 call out charge.

I don't think they did much more than give the appliance a cursory look. Absolutely useless. May have well flushed my money down the loo.

My Combi Microwave door wouldn't open. The repair man (Paul) from Lothian Domestics arrived within the promised time. He was smart, well-mannered, efficient and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. No components needed this time so I paid the flat rate fee by card.

This is my third experience with Lothian Domestics and I would highly recommend them, Ross is a friendly and helpful engineer who explains the problem clearly to you and advises you of options. Very prompt as well once you request an appointment!
