I've had my Loom & Leaf mattress for one month now and I can't imagine having a mattress any better than this one. I have always had inner spring mattresses and was worried about this mattress being too hot, but it is not. It is the best mattress I have ever owned. It is so comfortable, offers the right amount of support and I wake up feeling rested. The amount of research I did on mattresses before I purchased one from Loom & Leaf paid off. I've told everyone I know how wonderful this mattress is. Thank you Loom & Leaf.

I bought my second mattress by Saatva mattress company. I am very pleased with the company service policy. You can trust in the fact that Saatva company 'has your back'.
I am a heavy man at 275 lbs. On the first night, the( firm) loom and leaf mattress made my back very happy. You cannot go wrong with Saatva.

Is it possible for a mattress to get better with time? I must admit on my first night of sleeping on this mattress I was thinking of sending it back. It was just too firm for me. My husband was in heaven after day one thus my hesitation for not sending it back. Day 4 was it I just didn't think it was going to work for me so I made the call to exchange for a different mattress. The representative was very nice and explained that I should give the mattress more time and if after a few weeks of sleeping on it if I felt the same way they would gladly exchange or refund our money. It's been over a month and I'm now in heaven. I can't believe it! It’s like the mattress feels better each night. We are so happy with our purchase! Now to find the amazing pillow to complete our wonderful nights of sleep.

My sister in-law did all of the research on beds, and she got this one and I laid on their bed once and decided this was the bed for me. I ordered it and had the absolute best customer experience. I wish all shopping/companies were as great as this one.

We've had our mattress now for about a month and love it! It's the best mattress we've ever slept on (granted, our previous mattress was 15+ years old). My biggest concerns were:
- that it would smell. Although it does have the faintest smell, it's not much at all. I'm very sensitive to odors and it's smell didn't make me feel sick.
- that it would make us hot at night. We actually feel like we're sleeping slightly cooler now.

We have purchased 2 mattresses and referred two friends. Excellent value and customer service. We have enjoyed our experience.

Never thought I would buy a mattress without trying it out first. I have the relaxed firm and getting used to it. Wish it was a little softer but that's okay. Service was as expected and the delivery guys were actually early. Don't get me wrong, this is a great product! Get yourself some bamboo sheets too!

If you are looking for an alternative to the high prices of Tempurpedic memory foam mattresses, Loom and Leaf may be for you. When you spend 1/3 of your life in bed, it's not a good idea to skimp on a mattress set. I was intrigued by the Loom and Leaf story, reviews and website. I have owned a couple of Tempurpedics - they are great beds but extremely pricey.
I bought the Loom and Leaf memory foam mattress a week ago and find the bed extremely comfortable. More impressive is the energy and zeal of the customer service team at Loom & Leaf - they want you to be completely satisfied with the purchase. L&L also has a liberal return policy. Highly recommend.

In 2014 we purchased an expensive firm coil bed in an attempt to help my husband with his health issues...hated it from day one (and terrible "no-customer" support). After lots of uncomfortable nights, and lots of online research, I decided to bite the bullet and replace the bed. I chose the Loom&Leaf relaxed firm. After all, if the Pope can sleep on it, so can I! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it from the first night. It has been just one week, and each day I wake up without the back pain, or sore neck, feeling refreshed...even look for excuses to go to bed early. Worth every dime, and I'm telling everyone I know. The service from ordering to delivery was excellent. Even the delivery team said they are impressed just based on the number of beds they deliver in San Diego County, and how the company has a no questions asked policy on the one or two times they have picked up a return.

Best Investment I have ever made. I purchased the Relax Firm Mattress 2 weeks ago and it was delivered right after Thanksgiving.
I had a left shoulder rotator pain that kept getting worse, and a problem with my right sciatic that did not allow me to sleep. After I purchased the Relax Firm Mattress I slept so well. As soon as I got into bed, I felt right to sleep for a sweet dream. I am so comfortable now. I loved my bed!
Be known that the first two nights you will smell something; just let air out.
The delivery guys were very professional. I got a call and email with the status, from the date they got my purchase. After that I got emails from the date my mattress went into production, to the date it was set up for delivery and delivered.
I will highly recommend this investment.

We had a relaxed firm king bed delivered and installed six weeks ago. We are sleeping so well on it and find it really comfortable. The mattress compares well with the Tempurpedic one we have used before. In fact it is better for the California climate as it does not sleep so warm. Buy one - you won't be disappointed.☺

I'm coming to the end of my 75 day trial with the relaxed firm mattress. Wanted to let you know how much my husband and I love this bed. The first 2-3 nights the bed was a little firm and bothered my side some. Once it relaxed it was amazing. We have both slept so well since the mattress relaxed. thank you for making such a great mattress. I was a little skeptical of ordering a mattress sight unseen but after reading tons of reviews and blogs and talking to your wonderful representatives I figured i can try it risk free with the 75 night trial. I had nothing to loose. So glad I bit the bullet and tried it. I was hoping to not have to try 50 mail order mattresses before finding "the one." Y'all were the first mattress company we tried and were "the one." We love it. Thank you.

Best mattress I have ever owned at half of the price. Superb good old-fashioned customer service to boot! If you are hesitating, thinking you do not recognize them as one of the "big names". . . . DO NOT HESITATE!

We bought the relaxed from mattress and I have had no back, hip or shoulder pain since we have gotten the bed. I toss and turn less, I wake up less in the middle of the night, and I wake up feeling wells rested. Worth the money and saving a lot over the Tempurpedic we looked at.

This mattress is absolutely worth every penny, the best mattress I ever bought. Both my husband and I started having back pain on our old model, a spring coil mattress, and 2 weeks after owning the loom and leaf mattress we are pain free. It is super comfortable and I have recommended it to several of my friends. It took me a few days to get used to the different feel of this mattress but I would never go back now. Love it.

I have this mattress & love it! I searched & researched mattress for about a year even purchased one and sent it back it was horrible. Found this one online & thought at about half the price it can't be any worse than what I had seen or tried. In Feb. 2017 I will have had mine a year and still loving it, it is also an adjustable bed and love, love it!
I went to every store that carried mattress within a 200 mile radius to see what was available priced from $ 500.00-12,000.00, looked at bed in a bag and everything in between. I can honestly say I slept very well the very first night and still loving my bed. I already had my adjustable base so the men brought it in and set it up for me, took out all the packaging and were gone within about 20 minutes.
Had no problems with ordering it, they kept me informed of when to expect my bed and everything was done in a timely manner and received my bed sooner than expected. Yes, I highly recommend this mattress and the Company!

I researched a few different companies when looking for a good mattress. I ultimately selected Loom & Leaf because their website was well organized and easy to navigate, answers to my questions through their chat room were answered immediately and thoroughly. When speaking to an actual customer service representative, the reps were knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating to my delivery needs. The delivery of the mattress was prompted and the delivery men were gracious and professional even though their truck couldn't make it up the driveway and they had to carry it up to the house from the street. They never flinched or complained.

Finally, the product is amazing. I am so happy with our mattress. It was made to order and was not shrink wrapped so we had a good nights sleep the same day of the delivery.

Two months ago, my husband and I made the decision to purchase a king size bed. Our old bed was too small and the mattress worn out. I began searching the Internet for a mattress that could compete with the high-in brands without the ultra high cost. After much looking and reviewing, I zeroed in on Loom and Leaf. Several things struck me right off the bat.Their web site explained the design and material of the mattress and platforms; the order form asked for all dimensions; the price seemed fair and reasonable; and the Loom and Leaf products are made in America. Within minutes of my placing an order, a representative called me to verify all the dimensions and to tell me how long it would take to make our bed; when to expect a call for a delivery date and let me know that the delivery men would set up our new bed and help us move our old bed. Seem unbelievably easy? I worried a little that all of this was too good to be true. In fact, Loom and Leaf did just what they promised every step of the way. The mattress felt really comfortable that first night and we have slept really well every night since. I am delighted to highly recommend this company and I thank them for their good service. They should be very proud.

I've had this mattress for a year and I still love it. I was surprised how high quality a mattress it was when it arrived and I wondered if it would hold up over time. I'm glad to report it's still wonderful and I'm getting a great night's rest. I'd highly recommend at least trying it out for a week or two.

I love the mattress and have never had such great customer service. This company is phenomenal!!
