When I was looking for a new bed I came across this Company. I was leary about ordering a bed online. I couldn't try it out, etc. I read the reviews and thought this must be the real deal! I called the company and talked to the customer service rep and she was so helpful! And friendly, knowledgeable,patient and kind. She was terrific. When I got the bed there was no off gassing of the mattress or odors. I am highly sensitive to chemicals. Even the delivery company they choose was incredible. I didn't have to get used to the bed, the first night I slept so comfortably and have ever since. I cannot say enough about this company or their mattresses. Please trust me when I say do NOT hesitate to buy from Saatva! Fabulous experience!

I did a lot of research of online mattress choices before deciding on the Loom & Leaf. My research showed that a higher percentage of buyers were satisfied with their mattress when buying a Loom & Leaf then when purchasing other online mattresses. I loved the fact that it included home delivery.

I have always been a traditional mattress user, and honestly never cared about the quality of mattress, until I recently began experiencing neck and back pain, and finally attributed it to what I was sleeping on.

I was a little worried that I wouldn't adjust to a memory foam mattress. My first 2 nights sleeping on my Loom & Leaf were heaven, I completely conked out. After this, there was definitely an adjustment period, but knowing that it can often take 30 days to break in a mattress, I settled in to give it time.

I'm glad I did. Going to bed is now one of my supreme joys in life. I wake up every morning so thankful for my bed. I am a very warm-blooded person, and we keep our home at 68 degrees year-round. The Loom & Leaf has never felt warm to me.

I enjoyed good service throughout my experience, but there was one point where I felt my online assistance was copying and pasting answers for me which didn't entirely fit what I was asking. Not a big deal in the overall scheme of things. ;-)

We LOVE our bed!! My husband an and I were looking for a new mattress for a while but couldn't see spending over $4000 for a luxury mattress. I convinced him to try the Loom & Leaf. We LOVE, LOVE it! We bought it in January of 2016 and I'm just now posting this review. I cannot wait go get back to our bed when I travel. We both have bad spines and we love our bed. It is so comfy; I do not ever want to get our of bed. I cannot say it enough--I love my bed.

My boyfriend and I decided to buy a new mattress since our old one was killing us. We considered Temperpedic, Casper, original mattress factory serenity but the L&L beat all of them!
I love the color, how firm is, and the fact they were organic and my boyfriend love the memory foam. We both love the price!! We saved 400 bucks compared to the one we almost buy from Original mattress factory 'Serenity'.
The motion transfer is almost inexistence, the mattress doesn't shake our move while rolling around. The mattress is very breathable and not hot like other memory foam mattresses.
I totally love the service, very attentive and informative.
We being sleeping in our awesome L&L firm mattress for a month now. We wake up very well rest, no back pain, and happy.
We totally recommend it. It's a very good investment.

I just purchased a mattress and can"t wait to get it to sleep on it. I looked at all mattresses online and found this one to sound the best. Once I get it and sleep on it will send my opnion on how it sleeps. I am hoping great and I am a side sleeper and my spouse back sleeper.

We are so glad we took a chance and bought a Loom and Leaf Relaxed Firm Mattress. We purchased two Twin XL to put on adjustable bases. When looking for a mattress we knew we wanted a memory foam, we were ready to purchase for more than double the price. I remembered a coworker had purchased from Loam and Leaf and started to research. I was sold on the fact that really we had nothing to loose in trying it out. If we liked it, saving thousands of dollars would be great. My husband took some convincing. But eventually gave in.
We were in a serious car accident about two years ago. Broken bones and blown disks have caused it hard to get comfortable and to get any quality of sleep due to pain. We knew part of the problem was a bad innerspring mattress. The hugging nature of the memory foam had us hopeful that some of the pressure points and pain would be lessened.
We have been sleeping on our new bed for about a month and a half. We are no longer waking up all night, no tossing and turning. Our pain has been greatly reduced. I would normal get out of bed by 4:30 am, just because I could not take the pain of laying in bed any longer. Now I am sleeping until 6:30 and feeling refreshed. I will say that I am wanting to linger in bed, just because it is so comfortable.
We defiantly think that we prefer the Loam and Leaf over the Tempurpedic mattress. For us it is more of a soft feeling, over the Tempurpedic felt harder when you first lay down, which we didn't care for. The cooling gel I think works.
It was a great experience from start to finish. Loam and Leaf saved us a lot of money and we are very happy with the mattress!
We will be buying additional matress for the kids!

We absolutely love our mattress (firm). That was the best choice we made. The price is great and the fact that it is made in the USA - helped to seal our decision. Definately will buy again -

We love our mattress! Best one we have ever owned! Have not noticed it being hot and the temps have hit the upper 90's here already and we have not put the a/c on yet. Ours has not developed any sink places and we have had it over six months. So happy with our Loom & Leaf!

Great customer service from purchase to delivery, not to mention the quality and comfort of the matress, i was looking at the other bed in the box companies and stumbled upon loom & leaf . Hands down the best mattress out there i no longer wake up tired and with a sore stiff neck and no more back pain!!. I purchased the relaxed firm and both my wife and i love it!

Our last mattress really should have been replaced years ago, and my back was screaming about it. We went to brick and mortar stores, but the experiences were irritating and unproductive. Reading reviews, I narrowed it down to 3 online only mattresses. The customer service at L&L was outrageously responsive and helpful - all my questions and concerns more than addressed. That service, plus the reviews that assured me that the L&L would not smell for months convinced me to give it a go.
I am a side sleeper and the L&L people told me that the Relaxed Firm would be the best for me, and that the lumbar area of the mattress is firmer than the head and foot of the mattress. So we ordered and L&L kept us informed every step of the way and the mattress arrived about a week earlier than I thought!
Our delivery experience was also amazing - they came when they said they would, and they got the new mattress in and the old one out in about 15 minutes.
So we've been sleeping on this piece of heaven for 4 nights and it's the best non-vacation sleep I've had in decades. Oh - and my back doesn't hurt!

After agonizing over the purchase of a new mattress my wife and I are extremely happy with our choice of a Loom and Leaf. Spent hours researching what would be best for us, as a couple. I am a light sleeper and the slightest movement of my wife would wake me up. Those days are over.
My wife was not sold on the NEED for a new mattress, but after sleeping on it for a few nights she said it was like we were staying in a luxury hotel every night. Happy wife, happy life. Cut out all the time researching and just buy this one and you'll be happy.

Received my mattress on Monday and have slept past 2 nights with great comfort. I have had 4 spinal fusion surgeries and have had nothing but pain and sleep problems . I must say the past 2 nights have been a great improvement and recommend this to anyone with back pain.

We had our Air Comfort bed for over 10 years. It was OK but woke up with backaches and general aches and pain that you would attribute to either old age, stress, not enough sleep, animals walking over you and waking you up, etc.

Decided to get a new mattress and , like everyone else, did a lot of internet research resulting in a lot of opinions and a general headache!

Heard about Loom and Leaf and looked at your info and reviews ultimately decided to "make the leap".

Ordered and was kept "in the loop" concerning production, advised on shipment, called about delivery, delivered the product and removed the old mattress without any complications! Incredible!

Asked the Independent Delivery crew, who were very courteous, about the Mattress and was told that of all the mattresses they deliver there are very few returns or complaints with Loom and Leaf and seems everyone loves the product.

First nights sleep and I can say my wife and I slept thru the night and woke up with no backaches or general aches and pains! The "cool" claims and spinal support are real!

Maybe we're "over excited' about the first night but it's the truth and we'll keep you advised as we progress thru the nights of great sleep!

The only problem we encountered was that our cats still walk over us but they love the mattress during the day when we're not on it!

Between the phenomenal customer service and the HIGH quality mattress, there is no better place to purchase a mattress than Loom & Leaf. We purchased the relaxed firm mattress and my wife wakes up every morning raving about how much she loves our bed! The firmness is just right, and the bed stays cool (which is always a concern with foam mattresses). Loom & Leaf is far and away the best mattress we've ever owned. Wonderful experience all around!

I have arthritis pretty much everywhere and a torn rotator cuff. We had an older memory foam bed that I tossed on all night and needed to be replaced. After a lot of searching, my husband and I chose the relaxed support Loom & Leaf memory foam mattress.

Great delivery experience, greater sleep experience! After the first week, both my husband and I are sleeping through the night. My husband's back pain has also gone. Some days we just don't want to get out of bed!

Edit: The customer service is very responsive and very friendly. I will be giving this mattress an honest try for the trial period and write a review in the future. At this point, I cannot rate this "Relaxed Firm" mattress higher than one star.

Original: Every site has people drooling over Look and Leaf. Every reviewer of this mattress on this site only has one review (I do too, oh well) so that makes me skeptical. I fell for the reviews and had one of these mattresses delivered. This thing is a slab of stone. There is no memory foam feel to it. When I lay on my back, my chest sticks way up. I guess I'm down $99 for shipping and $50 tip for delivery. This mattress is garbage.

I ordered the Saatva Luxury Firm mattress when I was at my wits end and wish I could have found this mattress sooner! After a year of research I came across Saatva. While I was hesitant to order a mattress that I could not test prior to purchasing I was confident that the worst case scenario would have been me returning the mattress, which was better than the options I had after my last purchase. After 2 months of sleeping on a pillow top mattress I realized it was too soft but it was also too late for me to return the mattress so I was stuck with it.

I ordered this mattress in May 2016, while I was 6 months pregnant. It took about 2 weeks for it to be delivered and I haven't looked back since! The customer serve was great, the delivery team was fantastic and the mattress is wonderful. It is the perfect balance, not too firm and not too plush, and I have had restful and restorative sleep every night since it arrived. I am a back sleeper when not pregnant and this mattress made sleeping on my side while being pregnant pleasurable. My partner is a stomach sleeper and also loves the mattress. We are Saatva customers for LIFE! I recommend that everyone try Saatva, you will be grateful that you did.

I just recently purchased a relaxed firm Loom and Leaf mattress and absolutely love it! It's so comfortable and a huge upgrade from my old mattress. The entire ordering and delivery process was easy and accommodating. Speaking of, I would like to sing praises about the delivery company, Garrett's Moving and Storage, in Dallas, TX. The men (Tommy and Adam, I believe) who delivered the mattress went above and beyond by graciously disassembling my old bed frame and moving it into another room. And then of course assembling and setting up my new Loom and Leaf. They were very professional and courteous and I hope Saatva continues to use Garrett's for deliveries in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in the future.

My wife and I bought a Loom and Leaf bed last year. First the experience of the purchase was just smooth and hassle free. The customer service was just great. But after we got our bed, we had to make an exchange to a firmer bed even it took a whopping 5 minutes to do! The people there were responsive, quick, and super friendly. The product is great quality but what really shines is their team of awesome customer service team! Like many consumer we deal with different customer service people on a consistent basis, I have to say Loom and Leaf team remains the top 3 of all that I have dealt with. They are just GREAT!

Received our bed just before New Years, Delivery was painless and professional, quick and easy set up by the delivery personnel.
Great nights sleep, almost don't want to get out of bed in the morning, I don't want to get out of bed in the AM.
