Trying to amend time of arrival at parking, but everytime I try on my email it says Download failed, I only want to drop my car off 2hrs early

terrible experience. When booking, the website came up with “Technical Issue”. my payment showed in account as pending.
tried to book twice same technical issue.
As leaving fir airport, booked an alternative parking and got this confirmed.
On arrival at airport the booking had gone through despite the technical issues.
Tried to cancel as obviously not aware booking had gone through. no cancelled available and Looking4 parking refusing a refund.
Poor show if that’s good customer service i’m sorry it’s a disgrace.

I have used Looking4parking for a good number of years and I have had to make the odd change to my booking. I was able to adjust or change my booking or on occasion I have had to cancel altogether.
I am so impressed with the company on this occasion when I was involved in a serious single vehicle car crash on my way to the car park. I was in intensive care for over 2 weeks and it was nearly 3 weeks before I could ring or text Looking4parking. They almost immediately refunded me even though they were not technically responsible for the no show.
I would highly recommend this company for all your parking needs.

I am going through a lot of headache about looking4parking .
I made payment since yesterday, no confirmation email, no reference number, no one to call, and my flight is tomorrow early morning, I don't know what to do, this is frustrating.

Brilliant service once again from Looking4.com when asked to deal with a change to my booked parking times and flight numbers. This was not the first time they have helped me in situations like this,with swift action and fantastic communication. I will never book parking with anyone else as they are first class.

The system is very straightforward, with a smooth pickup and drop-off process, even when using different providers on the website (I always choose the best price available at the time of booking). Always on time, hassle-free, and offering the best pricing and deals I’ve found for meet & greet. Thanks for making my frequent long trips easier!

Came across this website on a Google search and it was easy to find what I wanted to book. The options/details available are straight forward and the prices are very good compared to others. Email booking confirmation came through straight away. All relevant information/receipt available and no problems.

Booked parking at Manchester Airport, flight details changed ( must happen alot) - only by a few hours- so we would arrive earlier. Wouldn't amend the booking. Told us to book again and wait for a refund of the parking, but not of the booking fee!
Good way to make money!
None existent customer service!
Plus the booking fee is not made clear enough in the first place so you can compare prices.
Edit: looking4 want to remove this review on the grounds it isn't about their service- YES IT IS!

Easy website to use to make original booking. I then changed my car, Athina was very helpful in updating my booking to show this.

Booking a flight now can be total roulette - airlines make changes almost weekly, thankfully I have been able to change the times of my parking through looking4.com with a simple email. Great customer service !
