Products came while it wasn’t the quickest they did arrive undamaged. I got the swordfish and love the ease of loading, long battery life. If you do everything correctly that thing will knock your socks off. Great product, though they could make the hinge where the mouthpiece unhinges from the body stronger. Highly recommend just be careful when using.

I just got the giraffe in orange and I love it! It's going to save me so much money in concentrates because of how little it requires and yet so effective. You won't regret buying this one!! Not it mention how cute it is.

Dragon Egg, very cool Dab rig, I am speaking of the lights on the rig when pulling on this thing, "LED', blue, green and red. Works amazing, but the feature I like is the water tank. It provides for a cool smooth smoking experience. It's a winner.

Rig I bought was the Seahorse. Great till you try and buy new coils for it. Blame it on Trump and his tariffs as this company is listed as California us Canadians get screwed. No parts for you!

Really love my Lookah whale. It is my goto for on the run concentrate use, so I decided to try the Swordfish for a lounging experience rather than on the run and let me tell you what, it hits very hard. It does use a little more concentrate then its sister, the Whale. I did have an issue where the button was sticking but under a good 3 month warranty they are going to send me a new one!

I bought a python and the on button cracked. They are honoring the warranty after the date and sending me a new python. I love Lookah products as I also have a seahorse. The company is so helpful with all the questions that I had and they answered my emails right away without delay. Thanks for the awesome products and to all the associates at Lookah 5 STAR for sure!

The manufacturer is offering to replace because of the 3 month warranty.

I LOVE LOOKAH!!! My husband and I have the seahorse and swordfish! Both are amazing and have a warranty with the manufacture for 90 days! I broke my swordfish and they replaced it for free! They communicate so fast and really care about customer satisfaction. I recommend them to anyone who thinks that peaks or rigs are scary. A great way to consume and have more control of the consumption!

Lookah has a 3 month warranty if you have the receipt still. I had bought a faulted guitar battery from a vape shop and they immediately responded back to me and is replacing the faulted battery for me!

I recently bought a lookah bear earlier this month and unfortunately I think the circuit went bad! To my surprise I reached out to lookah customer support and they offered to send me a new battery so long as I returned my old one which was amazing as I no longer had my receipt! The battery all in all was my greatest purchase to date I’m super excited and eager for my new lookah battery! Thanks guys!

I bought one of these bear batteries at my local store and it broke within 2 weeks. Was so disappointed and thought it was going to be a hassle to return it especially without having the receipt but no Lookah made it so easy... I followed all the instructions they told me and go my bear back within a week..I couldn't be more happy now. Thanks so much guys for making this experience a great one for me

I have a Lookah Seahorse Pro Plus. I loved it but it stopped working. Lookah was able to give a replacement even though I didn't have a receipt. They were very helpful and I'm looking at getting a Turtle.

I bought a seahorse pro plus from a local shop, and there was a slight defect. The threads to screw in a cartrige had an issue. I reached out to lookah and they arranged to have a new one sent to me to replace the old one. The process was so quick and easy! I have purchased from them before and I will continue to do so. I love their products!
