I'd ordered ties for my husband
I'd ordered ties for my husband, and mistakenly ordered the wrong length. The ties didn't even fit (weren't long enough). After several attempts to contact the company, I was very disappointed that they wouldn't follow through with their return policy. HOWEVER, they DID reply, and not only replaced the ties and sent me a return label for the wrong sized ties, but they also went above and beyond with their customer service for it. I will *definitely* be ordering from them again!
