Established in 1979, Longacres is a family-run group of six garden centres in the south east of England. Our flagship Bagshot store is the largest independent garden centre in the south of the country.
We've been selling online since 2002 and have two purpose-built warehouses for stock and packing.

Staff at centre were helpful when…
Staff at centre were helpful when ordering, delivered on day promised, however Longacres were unable to give a definite time (understandly) but a AM or PM time would be useful. Had to be in be in all day when delivery did not arrive until 1600 hrs

Garden furniture set cover
Ordered an outdoor garden furniture set cover the wrong item arrived.
A quick phone call and the issue was resolved the correct one was delivered the very next day.

Well priced and top service
Bought a Weber BBQ. It was the lowest priced compared to everywhere else, It came with a named delivery date. Delivery service was very good and updates provided. Top service. Will use Longacres again!

I liked the idea of recycled tyres but…
I liked the idea of recycled tyres but not the fact that I had to drill myself holes, I ordered 3 to see what they were like but I would've had to order another 5 for my garden which meant I would've had to drill 32 holes.
Sorry I would have kept them and ordered more because I liked them.
