Ordered this as next day delivery and wasn't dispatched till the next day. So frustrating but when I phoned up, they were street apologetic and it seems it was DPDs fault. They were amendable to a full refund, which so much appreciated.

We bought two suitcases and are absolutely delighted with the quality—they’re excellent value and feel built to last. Patrick was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole experience easy.
