Ordered a keyboard and mouse. Took forever to arrive, so by the time it did I had purchased a replacement thinking I would just return it. The returns portal doesn’t work, took forever on chat to sort out a return label, which turns out is from Netherlands. Great. So 3 commercial invoices attached , now ups says it doesn’t have a commercial invoice. It’s a bit of a headache I didn’t need. Don’t buy from Logitech website .

Their software is absolutely trash. I own a Logitech M650L mouse and literally have to keep installing their software over and over and over and over and over and over again. Thats not even it, sometime when i delete and reinstall it, IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK! i have to download it over and over and over again... then maybe, just maybe it will work. WORST SOFTWARE, WORST EXPERIENCE

Wow a 15.6 billion dollar company and they trust UPS to deliver their goods. That’s like ordering a Rolex and then getting a pigeon to deliver it. My order was marked as delivered at the front door but it was nowhere to be seen I checked neighbours and it’s nowhere to be found I called customer service they put a ticket in for me and decided to just leave it for the next working year. No updates. They asked me to get into contact with UPS which I did however UPS is as helpful as using a ziptie to tow a cargo ship, completely useless. Now I’m trusting Jesus to deliver my package. Do yourself a favour if your going to order Logitech items just order it on amazon their customer service is just better in every regard. Will I ever get my package I don’t know but I am for certain sure that by the time I get a update about my order or a refund or anything world war 3 would have been well underway

I ordered some PC speakers on 2nd January, and was promised free fast delivery, which sounded nice. I got an order confirmation e-mail but nothing else. Then the pending transaction for the speakers disappeared from my credit card, so I assumed the order had been cancelled. When I talked to the AI bot it didn't understand what had happened (that makes two of us!) but created a ticket. Searching for the order number told me it was invalid. That was on 7th January.
I got a shipping confirmation (a week after I placed the order) on 9th January, and a response to the ticket on 12th.
I finally got my speakers today, eleven days after ordering. They're fine, but it's a shame that Logitech's own store doesn't do better. I understand that the ordering process doesn't always run smoothly, but keeping the customer informed when things go wrong is a good idea.
I'd have been better ordering the item from Curry's (in the UK). I've nearly always done well ordering directly from the manufacturer, but sadly not in this case

I initiated a warranty claim due to freezing and connection drop issues with my Logitech MK270 product; however, the process has not been completed. Despite providing video recordings and product photos that clearly demonstrate the malfunction, support was not provided even though the product was verified to be under warranty based on my invoice.
Logitech customer support explicitly confirmed via email that my product is covered under warranty and that my proof of purchase invoice is valid. Nevertheless, although the Turkish e-invoice, which is the only official and legally valid purchase document for products sold in Türkiye, was previously accepted, support was later withdrawn and the case was not resolved.
As a global brand, I expected Logitech to stand behind the warranty coverage it had already confirmed and to act in accordance with local consumer regulations. Instead, this experience has significantly undermined my trust as a customer.

I am still expecting Logitech to fulfill its warranty obligation and replace the defective product.

Ordered a mouse and a mousepad week and a half before a christmas, delivered only a mousepad with no mouse, after texting them an email they kept promising updates within 48 hours, then disappeared for days. I had to chase them every single time. This happened multiple times and felt extremely unprofessional, finally they sent a mouse and im getting it a month later after i ordered, use Amazon instead never buy logitech products from their poor, unprofessional website service.

I am extremely disappointed with Logitech. I owned a Logitech Circle View camera that was treated with care—no drops, no water, kept indoors. After trying a standard factory reset to reconnect it to Apple Home, the camera got stuck in a permanent "Rainbow LED" boot loop.
Technical support (Ticket #16739543) confirmed it's a software failure but refused to help because it’s slightly over the 2-year warranty and I don't have the original receipt (it was a gift). It seems Logitech products are programmed to fail right after the warranty expires. A $160 camera shouldn't become electronic waste just because of a reset button. Highly unreliable, stay away!

Bought one of their premium mouse, MX 4. Out of the box, it is erratic and uncontrollable. I Googled it, and it appears this is a widespread problem. I am being messed about by customer support.

Ordered a gaming mouse on the 9th of december as a christmas gift (£109.99). Few days later the wrong mouse turned up (cheaper product) I logged a ticket with support and they decided it needed to be investigated. After alot of back and forth they told me to send the wrong one back. Which I have done. Heard nothing since, support dont actually help you or say anything useful. Im now an entire month on and still don't have my mouse and now cant get a reply from them. Do not use this company, if you want one of their products use Amazon. It would have been actually cheaper for me to buy it from amazon by nearly £20.
EDITED TO ADD, I HAVE EMAILED THE INFOMATION REQUESTED IN THE REPLY TO MY REVIEW AND SUPRISE SUPRISE, NO REPLY FROM THERE EITHER.

I ordered a keyboard a few days ago. I was unsure due to all the bad reviews I have read but in the end it was simple and order arrived within 4 days without any problems. (I’m saying about US delivery from Logitech website, not about retailers)

Ordered on 27th December 12 days later no sign of the product and no update and stuck processing, why not just give the customer some clarification?? Each ticket raised you get the same old reply and absolutely no help , also when they respond to these negative reviews they say contact socialcarelogitech.com , don’t bother they don’t get back to you, be warned people please source any Logitech products from a third party if you can or the service you get is truly awful, I’m not normally a person to complain but this genuinely is the worst service I’ve ever had from any company let alone a big company like these , please please be warned, i have just send another email to social care , hopefully I may get some info, as suspected no help whatsoever, they don’t even reply

No customer service, developers of software are incompetent. My mouse doesn't work as I configured it because its failing to connect to the server because their TLS CERTIFICATE EXPIRED. Utterly shameful.

Mouse is not working after last update
support is shit. Lost 2 hours time to fix it. Shit company.

Been using the MX Master 3 - have had endless issues with the settings resetting and the amount of time spent having to then reconfigure for each application is frustrating. - feels great in the hand and when it works its great but its the time and frustration with the actual software which is the issue

Logitech software crashes on every startup since 2023, riddled with infinite bugs that ignore commands & cause endless headaches, forcing multiple Logitech bloated inefficient + ineffective apps just to control a basic mouse.
Daily software sync failures & snail-slow performance making it unusable daily.
Their hardware shines but their devs clearly don’t care about users, delivering 2000s-level trash that wastes hours troubleshooting.
Avoid Logitech at all costs to save your sanity, their incompetent software mess simply does NOT work.

I have tried for hours to add a new TV to my Logitech Harmony 650 universal remote,I phoned Logitech in Sydney and got no help at all completely useless they said they could not give information over the phone, I tried to log in to add the new TV and was rejected every time, it would appear Logitech only want to sell their product and give no customer service, very bad company to deal with, I would not buy any Logitech products again, hopeless service about as much use as a swimming pool on a submarine.
